He is all too willing to take on a project that he has no experience in completing, and refuses to admit when his limitations have been reached. We ended up 5 to 6 months over schedule, and well beyond the wildest estimate of what the budget may have been for our project. Much of the work that was completed actually needed to be redone properly later. Again, Jason is a great guy, but he was unable to perform to a minimal level of satisfaction.
