Excellent communication throughout process. It's so easy to text them & they are very responsive. Patient, friendly on site consultation was the first step. I appreciate that Paul gave me ideas & his perspective. The installation went incredibly well & looks fantastic even after the winter. They also installed a pergola as an entrance to my garden. All materials are clearly made to last & look stunning. My new house in Westchester County is a 2-family. My tenants love it & it provides the privacy I would not have had being so close to the street. This review is based on contact not on work done. We contacted this company through email about possibly adjusting our fencing to include an opening wide enough for equipment to go through. The woman who returned the call was rude and condescending. She went on to yell at my wife that we will not come out for that type of work and continued to insult her for putting the wrong category when submitting the email. Now I completely understand if your company does not do that type of job but the response was unwarranted. Eventually, we were going to redo all our fencing but this company just lost our business. The company might do great work but with a rude customer representative, I will take my business elsewhere. read more

Campanella just installed a white Illusion fence at the rear of our property. It was a tricky job for us as the ground slopes, is not level and is hundreds of feet long. Tony and everyone on his team were wonderful to work with, very respectful, responsive and did an excellent job, on time and on budget. We have interviewed other companies and none of them came close to Campanella's professionalism. We ordered two 4-foot gates on 7/11/20. About a month later, we received a call, asking if it would be okay to change the wood from pine to oak, at no additional charge. Another month passed with no contact. Finally we drove by yesterday, 9/12/20, to be told that yes, our gate(s) were ready "just then", or maybe had been ready for 4 days, or maybe had been sitting out in the yard "forever". No one could get the story straight. We loaded them up and brought them home. Remember each gate was to be 4 feet wide, yes? One gate is 38 and 1/4 inch wide, and the other is 38 inches. They did a sh*t job. If you're looking for sh*t work and want to pay a lot of money for it, then hurry on over to Campanella. read more

Good price, good work, and fast! Had multiple quotes and Campanella was about the same as the others, but still the least expensive by about 8%. My replacement gate with newly set posts looks better and open/closes better now than it did before it broke. And the sales rep was able to give an accurate quote from pictures and measurements I simply emailed him. Also, they fit me in to their schedule quickly in 2 weeks since we were trying to put our house up for sale ASAP. They were very accommodating. I was very comfortable working with them. Great company! I can't say enough of good things about them. Very professional, extremely nice guys, came to my house after just one phone call. Gave me an estimate less than 24hrs later. I had 4 panels of my 6ft vinyl privacy fence damaged during a bad wind storm. They came to my house in a timely manner & did a fantastic job, no one would even know that there had been damage there. They even fixed my gate that was not closing properly without me even asking. I also had them install a new gate on the other side of my house.
