The front desk staff are always warm and friendly. Russ was very efficient and quick to to through the process of measuring and scanning our baby's head to make her helmet. Our baby had plagiocephaly, a slight flatness on the right back part of her head, because she consistently preferred sleeping a certain side. Russ made himself accessible to us and was quick to respond with feedback and guidance when we texted pictures of her on the first day. Our baby was able to take her helmet off about 10 days shy of three months, and has shown a great deal of improvement in that time. We highly recommend. read more
