I made 2 trips from Europe, each lasting 11 days, in June and July of 2017. Everything seemed to be going well. I did solo after 11.4 hours of training in his AeroPro EuroFox LSA airplane and planned to come back in August of 2017. He videoed my first solo flight, and I was very happy with the experience. He promised to send me the video, which I wanted for my 8-year-old son. My son wanted to show his classmates. Well, here I am a year later, and he never sent the video despite repeated requests for him to do so. I would phone him and ask about it, and he always had some sort of excuse like, "I'm working on it", etc. My son was heartbroken, as he had told his classmates all about it. He became somewhat combative in his text messages when I was trying to arrange my next training visit in August 2017. He then just stopped responding. I have no idea what his issues are, as I always paid him for each lesson, I showed up early for each session, and we seemed to get along fine. I can only assume he took great satisfaction in not forwarding the video of my first solo, which was a great milestone in my life, (and in all pilot's lives), that came at great financial expense thru traveling, purchasing aircraft insurance for Russ's airplane, hotel rental, car rental and all the other extra headaches that come with intercontinental travel. As anyone can see from his site, his last reviews posted are from 2013, five years ago. I found that interesting. I did a little digging and found out that others in the aviation business have had some issues with his behavior, to say the least. Russ is a very capable pilot and knows his stuff. He is a smart man and definitely has a high IQ. I wrote a glowing review about him after my first training visit in June 2017. And I meant every word of it. But he has no empathy for anyone. He does NOT keep his promises. And he simply doesn't care about anyone except Russ Miley, CFI. I am happy that I soloed. But unfortunately, he is not a man of his word. I wish things could have been different, but that's life. I have continued flying and always will.

WONM Gaylord needs to take instructions from Abbottsford, BC on moving attendees rapidly in and out. Website stated there would be large signs directing you to Wing Over Northern Michigan. NOT. All that was available were the small blue signs saying airport. Also the address of the airport is Not on all Nuvi GPS devices. Supposedly this is their 5th year. They need to do the following if they want people to come back 1 Get better signs 2 Have signs for vehicles who want to go North (currently sheriff makes every one head South forcing North bound traffic to double back) 3 Display more airplanes B-17, DC-3, a helicopter, a Navy P3, and 5 military vehicles do not cut it (look at Arlington, WA airshow) 4 Bring vehicles in and out significantly better than what was done Sat

Phil was very knowledgeable with different style and techniques and was able to tailor the class to our individual needs. The studio seemed to have everything you could possibly need. Must admit, I was a little dubious My previous instructor Pat' was now semi-retired. Pat had successfully assisted my progress through passage of the real estate exam to obtain my real estate sales person's license and I was having a little trouble transferring my loyalties and confidence. But, a few sessions with Gwyn Besner changed all of that. Not only was Gwyn knowledgeable, she was often funny and entertaining...keeping me engaged and interested throughout the course. When I took my Broker's exam several years later, there was no doubt in my mind who would be my preferred instructor. Over the years, I have recommended many agents to the tutelage of Gwyn and her team, now operating her own real estate school called Acme Institute which teaches Pre-Licensure for new agents, Broker Prep as well as Real Estate Law and Continuing Education Courses. Every person who I have referred to the Acme Institute has passed the real estate State test including some who had taken other courses elsewhere previously and failed. I purchased the DVD several years ago when I was on the verge of needing surgery. The exercises…read morehelped and my pain went away. Years later (now) I'm having pain again. I'm hopeful that the exercises will once again fend off my need for surgery. I will say that the exercises may cause more pain initially as the blood flow and nerves are awakened, but after the first 2 days, I am noticing a good deal of improvement.

George B. Is a complete loser. He complains about there only being some exercises on the DVDs but…read morenever states that he has tried them. The exercises are absolute MAGIC. My wife tried them for two sessions and her numbness was completely gone. Dan F. is also a complete buffoon. He complains that the instructor is not a doctor and that he is shown working in his living room, without even a white jacket. The instructor actually gained his knowledge from an elderly yoga instructor. He clearly says that he is just a normal guy who wants to help people. Dan F. also never states that he has tried the exercises. These people have obviously never tried the exercises but give the system only one star. What idiots they are. My wife was ready to schedule surgery last week, but after the diagnosis of Carpal Tunnel Syndrome, we ordered the system and it works like MAGIC. She hates surgery, hospitals, and physical therapy. This system has made it possible for her to avoid all of this pain. Get this system. You will love it and want to share it with friends and family.
