My pension check comes on the 1st of each mt. On 06/01/25 is a Sunday and my account was deposited on Monday which is a normal business day. I had two automatic withdraws for 06/01/25 Sunday. The money was in the credit union Monday at 7AM. The credit union charged me $60.00 for IF. What a rip off. My BMO bank acct. Doesn't charge me if a W/D comes in on a weekend. best bank in Ashland, had other banks and nothing but problems. this credit union is always ready to help you and the staff are very nice to work with . I tell everyone to go here. If you need to get 20s 10s 5s from a $100 bill they are happy to help . excellent. read more

Gross negligence and incompetence. I waited over six weeks for my new debit card to come, and my old one expired in the meantime. I made NUMEROUS calls to these incompetent people and EVERY single time they said it had nothing to do with them and blamed the card issuer. I had numerous issues in the meantime with all of my auto pay accounts. I finally got fed up and went to them in person and THEY HAD THE CARD THERE THE ENTIRE TIME. Time stamped in April 1st. We were now well into May. No apology, nothing. I've never seen this level of negligence in a financial institution anywhere in my life. Numerous additional problems with this place over the years. They block almost everything, even the next state over so good luck accessing your funds when traveling. Their bill pay is completely messed up and if they send the check too early and your money isn't in they will charge YOU the late fee. If you accidentally get scammed on a site they won't help you get your money back. Claiming "you gave them your information " Very disorganized and unprofessional place. Maybe i was a little mad and hasty. But they do have horrible customer service, they do not take credit for bank errors and instead charge you fees when they drop the ball on automated processes and i quit will not ever give this institution my service again. Fool me once.... read more

Would not change $100 into 20s. As a new person in town I wanted to change a single $100 bill. I was surprised to learn by the teller, "if you don't have an account here I can not make change". I got the phone number off the front of the CU and let the manager know t hat if is the way they treat a potential customer, I will take any future business elsewhere. Don't bother to even waste time opening the door to this establishment. read more

terrible service,their ATM is frequently broke,the phone system for transactions is down way too often ,their computer system which prints your receipt is incorrect ,when you get the paper receipt is always says you have zero balance when y.ou have funds in your account. then the employees act as if you should nt complain.I'm in the process of moving my business elsewhere read more
