As an early adopter of a newer service to provide rural internet, I was willing to give them enough time to shake down and resolve their reliability problems. After 3 years I am still waiting. They can go for a few weeks with no problems but then go the same time with outages and recurrent drops. Most maddening is that if this drop happens over the weekend their is no one to complain to. Customer service is next to non-existent. If you call during regular working hours you get an automated answer that expects you to know the name of the person you want to talk to. If you don't know. tough. I strongly suggest they put in a tech support option so you can at least report an outage and have it forwarded to some one who can address it. read more
