This was the worst service ever. They came into my business without my permission and changed extinguishers without my authorization. Then today they came and said im here to reposes my extinguishers. They guy said you don't pay your bills, I told him I did not hire you I use another service. I have heard from multiple people they do this all the time without permission. I asked for serial numbers of all the extinguishers and they said they did not have them. They are crooks. read more

18 months ago we purchased 2 new fire extinguishers from this company and asked them to service them on a regular basis at our business address in Manitowoc. They never showed up. When I contacted them to follow up on the service they showed up without an appointment at a time when our business (a small theater) was not open and no one was at the property. A friend was able to get there to open up. When we arrived at the property we noticed that the main unit had been changed out which we expected was a swap for recharge and did not notice another other changes. We assumed the second unit had also been swapped. But when we go the bill we had been charged for three new units. On contacting them they claimed that one of our units was bad and that two additional units had bee added in other places in the building without notifying us. When I pointed out that the units were relatively new and were purchased from them they claimed that we must have purchased used ones which was not true. They claimed that there was no pressure in our main unit which was also untrue since we had inspected it and were only concerned that it had expired and needed to be serviced before the next fire inspection. The manager (owner?) was combative and could not explain the excessive rates which were more than twice what we paid for the original units or why a unit that new unit might have failed (it hadn't). In checking prices for comparable units with competitors the price of the first two was about the same. Their bill was nearly double for the three, one of which we did not need. read more

We hired them to com deep clean all of our restaurant kitchen equipment after the long busy summer and that is exactly what they did!! They made our cooking equipment look like new again. The job they did was outstanding they showed up when they said they would, had the equipment looking clean and new again in a timely fashion and helped put everything back in place to have us up and running befour we opened! They went above and beyond what I expected and so happy with everything. We will definitely be using them in the future!! read more

On the website they show care for the customers safety but on the road they drive like complete jerks and endanger vs keeping safe. Represent your company by driving safe please. read more
