I have used Justin's Small Engine in the past and had a very good experience with them. This year…read moremy mower needed a new starter and I called him in March to make an appointment at which time he told me that there were 50 to 60 people ahead of me and that it would be late April or the first week of May at the earliest which was fine with me and told him to hold me a spot. I called on May 10th to find out what the timeline would be to have my mower picked up and he told me four of five more weeks and that he still had 50 or 60 people ahead of me. The person on the phone was rude to me and basically hung up on me when I questioned the situation. It would have been nice to know back in March if it was going to be June before I could get it in to be fixed and or I needed to find someone else to fix my mower so I could have it ready for the season.
