It was great then and has stood the test of time. Fast forward to the modern era. One of the file cabinets was inhabited by a ghost and would randomly slide open. Neither Mowtown Waldo or Cub cadet would stand behind their product. I had to file a credit card dispute and contact the BBB to seek resolution. Cub Cadet/MTD makes it impossible to reach anyone that can help you. "Rob" did call me back in response to my BBB case leaving me a bogus return phone number. I have wasted about five hours total trying to resolve this -- over two hours this morning trying to reach "Rob" without success. Why should I not get full credit for my order if it is a factory defect? Why should I not be reimbursed for the shipping of a defective product? Mowtown Waldo will not respond. They don't care if you receive defective products and feels the customer should pay the $300 shipping no matter what the problem is. No Right. No customer service at all. Nothing but a full refund is acceptable in this case. If you buy from them I hope you are lucky enough to receive a working product -- if not get ready to take a loss. Thank God I have USAA backing me up.

My only gripe is that they repeatedly promised to reimburse me for time and materials spent to have the first unit readied to be returned. They never did.
