They carry gifts, candles, women's accessories, home furnishings, found objects and modern home décor. Some of which you can actually find at an Anthropologie (and at the same prices.) You'll find The Cook's Shop next door, which rivals them in front window display. We stopped in for some Christmas shopping and they had a lot of the mercury glass that's seen everywhere-ornaments, tabletop trees, etc. Also holiday candles and small feather trees. The only con was a woman's screaming child that the employee (I believe to be the owner) did not really help to console. Screaming, as in, falling on the floor screaming. Screaming, as in, turn your head for the pitch will make you pass out screaming. I'm thinking from their conversations they were all related. Sadly, this was very distracting and somewhat disappointing. This place is nice but a Marietta oddity in it's aesthetic and pricing. Hopefully they thrive in a town riddled with antiques shops.

Which was also having their "soft opening". Nothing soft about the warm greetings by everyone working there. A person can go to the coffee bar and get an awesome drink or pick for an assortment to go and make at home. They have many speciality items for gifts, to give or keep yourself. We had a sampling of subs that they have on their fresh made to order section. The gentlemen there were more than happy to have us sample even before the 3:00 time frame. If this was just a sample trust me the subs are delicious and the cold beer sold by the can was a thirst quenching addition.

After driving 30 minutes the owner called her and the appointment was given to someone else by accident after having it in the books. Just as weird, this happened after my wife left a poor review regarding the owner. The owner said "there is a conflict of interest" and my wife is banned from the business. Posted above is WV law stating this banishment is a violation ofF state and federal laws!! I'm looking for other clients that have been treated like this by the owner. Once again I'm getting an attorney to go after this owner! Oh...being I'm retired/disabled military my attorney is FREE.
