I'm very sad to rate this business so low. My take on it is a lack of integrity. My mother (who doesn't do tech) chose to get her own business class flight and apparently for Noseworthy this is a problem. They gave her misinformation about the airport to leave from and the date over the phone and so she booked her flight which then would have kept us in Ammon, Jordan (2 women alone) with no hotel and no way to get back to Tel Aviv. There was no offer to compensate and no admission of wrong doing. Somehow it was left to my mother to prove that it was Noseworthy's fault. Buyer beware...there is no integrity with this company if anything goes wrong, and if you talk to them on the phone, make sure you ask them to send you what was discussed in writing. My mother ended up having to spend $1800 on a new flight. Noseworthy also encouraged her to buy travel insurance and failed to tell her that it only covered ground transportation and wouldn't cover her flight because she was getting her own flight...another $600 wasted. The other thing is that they make you pay for the whole tour up front even though you are getting your own flight and they say that they will pay back the flight portion of the tour after you get home...waiting to see that money. There was another incident with her trying to cancel a hotel room 2 weeks ahead of time and they told her she couldn't do that so that was another $200 down the drain. We all know that there is no problem canceling hotel rooms 2 weeks ahead of time. That is a total of $2600 plus waiting to see if they actually reimburse for the tour flight. To be clear, my mother goes on tours regularly and makes her own flight reservations and has never had a problem. Their lack of willingness to take responsibility is mind boggling. Every person on our tour who made their own reservations had a problem and even some who didn't. I heard over and over again from people that they felt that they were speaking with 18 year olds. read more

I paid for Travel Insurance. I'm still waiting for my reimbursement for "Travel Interruption." It's been five months. I've given this lots of thought. I'm not sure where the problem lies. Do they not have enough staff to keep things well organized? Do they have poor leadership? is the profit margin either too low or too high for them to care? Do they focus on mediocrity b/c many of their tours are run by pastors with low self-esteem issues so they are easily manipulated? Do they count on the travelers being just "good church folk" who have never traveled before and don't know how to judge the level of services? Do they count on the "headiness" of the experiences of actually being in a foreign country to "cover a multitude of sins"? Do they count on people like me who did not even think to check YELP or Better Business Bureau for reviews because, well, after all, it's a "Christian" organization? Dunno. Maybe all of the above. (I hate how cynical this makes me sound.) I've traveled twice with EO. My first experience was in Egypt which was one of the first trips after COVID. I was willing to look the other way on a lot of the issues b/c, well, I figured everyone was getting reorganized after being out of commission for three years. Maybe. My second trip proved me wrong. My second trip was 5 months ago in Greece. The land portion of the trip was a solid B. The air transport was AWFUL - I was not allowed to upgrade much less book my own transportation - but the tour guide was knowledgeable, articulate, and well-organized. It was the "island extension" that was a total and complete nightmare. They had overbooked. Again. We were later told this had been happening "all summer and EO knew". So, we were placed on an inferior ... "tub". We learned that it had been used by W.H.O. several times to house refugees after major disasters. And, it looked it. It was old and smelled/reeked of petrol. There was mold in the shower and toilet. The carpeting was terribly water-stained. The food was nicely presented but tasted bland. The coffee was dishwater. The staff were, for the most part, surly and rude and, I think, weary of all the complaints which they knew were true and there was nothing they could do to help or change things. We missed visiting two islands because . . . well, who knows? We were given at least four different explanations. Check that: "excuses". I documented everything with pictures and submitted them to EO. FINALLY, after four or five exchanges, it was agreed that I qualified for "trip interruption" insurance. Filing for that has been a complete nightmare. Absolutely NO help or coordination from EO. It's been five months. Still no reimbursement. I'm not holding my breath. But, also not. recommending EO to anyone. My church just posted an EO advert in our national newsletter. I wrote IMMEDIATELY. They are investigating. I'm quite certain that the advertising account will be pulled. I could say more, but I'll stop here. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a Christian. I am ordained. This company is an embarrassment to everything good and true and noble about my religion.

Based on the brochure, we were told it'll be an overnight trip to get there. This company feels that it's appropriate to book a 5 legged (28 hours travel time) trip to and a 4 legged trip home. When we complained, they said the tickets where already booked and this final. This company does not care about its customers. They just care about their bottom line. The answer we received was there were flight cancellations and that is the reason for the 5 stops. A quick search shows we've could've gotten to Greece with 1 layover. Again, buyer beware! We are now stuck with a miserable experience getting to Greece where we are going to be exhausted when we get there.

I was told by Noseworthy I could book the seats upon receiving the airline tickets from them but this was not true. In Germany, we were once again told by the person at the ticket counter the only person allowed to book seats before the trip was the tour agent and that could have been done at the time of purchase.. Therefore, we were spread out all over the plane because other passengers had already chosen their seats. The airport was cold and it was also closed because we arrived in the early morning hours. There was de-icing of the plane before we could take off. We were delayed for hours from leaving because they were waiting for security to arrive to escort passengers off the plane we were to board. My suggestion is to book your own flight because we arrived in Israel over 24 hours later and exhausted. Our tour group consisted of 8 buses which is far too many to have the best tour experience. Our tour guide would leave when the bus was partially unloaded and we constantly had to search for him in the huge crowds. He did not hold up the sign for our group which is customary. He also sat on the bus for long periods of times in silence without telling us anything about the country. The President of Noseworthy was approached by others who had concerns only to be brushed off. His only concern was to stay with Perry Stone and the others traveling with him. After paying in full covid hit and we could not go. Two years later after Noseworthy held the money they invoiced us for additional funds.

This is not a hotel I would normally book, but I gave it a chance. First, credit where it's due: Drew at the front desk was excellent. Friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful during check-in. He did a great job and represents the hotel well. One of the housekeepers I interacted with was also very kind. That said, the property itself is clearly worn and not very clean. There was dirt on the floors in the elevator and hallways, the walls are scuffed and dirty, and the room itself was just okay at best. You can hear people clearly through the walls, and because of the courtyard layout, noise carries easily. There was a party nearby that was impossible to ignore. I was still prepared to stay a couple of nights and deal with it. My colleague was scheduled to remain here for roughly nine weeks for a project, so we were willing to tolerate the condition for convenience. The problem came when our client left early and postponed the project until Monday, forcing me to return to the hotel mid-day and request an early checkout. The front desk staff tried to help, but the General Manager refused to come out and speak to me, choosing instead to stay behind closed doors and deny any flexibility. Charging a full additional night--not a half day, but a full night--under these circumstances is incredibly shortsighted, especially for a frequent traveler with elite status. A half-day charge would have been reasonable. Waiving the charge entirely would have been smart business. Instead, that decision caused us to move our entire team to the Hilton Garden Inn next door, which is cleaner, quieter, competitively priced, and includes breakfast. Congratulations--you may have made about $100 today, but you lost thousands of dollars in future business. I was willing to put up with the condition of the hotel for a short stay, but poor leadership and rigid, guest-unfriendly policies are a dealbreaker. Refusing to even meet a loyal guest face-to-face is unprofessional and frankly rude. In summary: * Staff like Drew are excellent * The property is rundown and noisy * Cleanliness needs improvement * Management is inflexible and shortsighted I would not recommend this hotel, and I will not return. Travelers who value cleanliness, reasonable service recovery, and professional leadership should look elsewhere. FYI, right next-door there's a Hilton Garden Inn. It's nice gorgeous and it has conference rooms and breakfast so we just decided to move there for better quality but I'm glad that GM made an extra hundred dollars. Congratulations.

With nowhere to go we turned to Yelp and say Staybridge Suites was near by so decided to take a shot and I'm so glad we did. The Staybridge staff was so friendly, the rooms were incredible and it was happy hour when we got there so the food was very welcome. Next time I travel to Lakeland I'm not wasting time with other hotels I'm just booking straight to Staybridge!

I have had better in 15 other countries. 1st trip to Israel. This is the 16th country we have toured in.We love Israel 1st timers, but what we experienced on our bus ruined and stole joy from it.Noseworthy tells you to be prepared to change bus seats daily.However the guide did not enforce this.The same couples took the front 3 seats everyday by leaving their things in the seats overnight.There is no saving of seats to be done.On day 3 I told the driver I was prone to motion sickness in back, taking heavy medication.I asked him if I could sit by him.He said no. I said I need to move because I was sick, and they are saving seats.He said you need to move now.I said yes, however he did nothing.At the end of the day he said lets try moving seats tomorrow.My husband went out 25 minutes early and got a second row seat behind the guide.He moved the persons stuff they left the night before.A argument broke out.The very last day he was engaged by these people again who tried to start a fight over the seat.They took it over.The other couple continued to posses the 1st row seat the entire 7 days.The main thing is we needed a front seat also due to handicapped need.This is the 1st bus tour that front seats weren't saved for handicapped with mobility needs.Lastly our guide was the coordinator.This meant his explanations were brief and he never answered peoples questions because he was always on his phone and also talking with the driver.Very distracting.If Noseworthy needs a coordinator then he should be one and not also a bus guide, too demanding for him.I would not return to Israel with Noseworthy. read more
