With the party only a day away, I stopped by Geets Beauty Brows hoping for a miracle. From the moment I walked in, Geet and Raman were incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and attentive. They took the time to help me try on several outfits and made me feel completely comfortable, even as someone who is not familiar with Punjabi clothing. When I finally found an outfit that I absolutely loved, it was a little outside of my budget. After already spending over $200 on the outfit that never arrived, I was feeling discouraged. Geet was so understanding and worked with me to find a solution that fit my budget without sacrificing quality or style. What truly amazed me was that they rushed the alterations for me, helped me pick out perfectly matching jewelry, and had everything completed earlier than expected. When I came back to pick it up, the outfit fit PERFECTLY. The alterations were flawless--you honestly cannot even tell it was altered. This was hands down one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had at any clothing store. Their kindness, professionalism, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond turned what could have been a stressful situation into an amazing experience. Her studio is a convenient space to change. She's incredibly cleanly with using new Wands and makeup tools when applying makeup. She's efficient and creative - I have very short fine hair and she managed to make a beautiful low hanging bun that I loved. She even designed a new bindi for me on the spot by combining two of them together (took the beading jewel off of one bindi to add to a pink plain bindi that matched my outfit). She's friendly and she's responsive. I was self conscious about my looks after some weight gain and the 100 F heat wave, but that was unnecessary since the makeup stayed on the whole night and I received so many compliments and felt like a million bucks. Well, not only the experience was horrible but she also over charge me, online and all of their social media they have listed for new clients additional %20 off. My procedure cost $75 instead of $60. I paid $120 including tip. I was only refund $25 of $120. 3. When I reached out to the owner the only thing he did was Venmo me my $25 over charged, I asked all I wanted was my money back for the over charge and to have some else do the services again since I did get any of the services listed on the videos, this place is a complete scam. Don't spend your time and money in a placed based of lies and poor customer services skills. Till this day the owner has not reach out to me to schedule my services and make my money worth.
