But, I just had to focus on finding a more quality one and here's why: 1. Every time I had my fill with her, I'd walk out of her business with burning eyes. I could not drive right away because my eyes would be super watery and hurt. The burning would last off and on for about a week. Clearly, she doesn't use quality glue. 2. When "cleaning up" my lashes, she would pinch my eyelid at least once causing me to tense up. It was so awful, I've never experienced this before. 3. She would rarely fill every lash as she only filled what she could in one hour maximum. Rarely, did my lashes look like a volume set. I felt like I was just a number to her, trying to fit as many clients as possible into her schedule in one day. If you prefer efficiency over quality products, exquisite customer service, quality looking lashes, I recommend Ashley.

It was my first time back to getting eyelash extensions after a 8-9 month break so I was excited to have them again. I left that salon in tears because it hurt AND they were terrible looking. I have an event the next day and there was no way I was going to show up with these extensions. I called 3 other salons before TFB and no one could take me, which I get. But I called TFB and not only was the person who answered prompt and friendly, they were able to get me in that evening for a Lash Removal. Normally lash removals take 30 mins but the botch job from the other salon took TWO hours. CeeJae worked her magic (and patience) and got it all removed. She was so friendly and sympathetic through the whole process. Honestly- she is so great. And once I recover from this crazy lash adventure I am booking my lash lift and tint with her! I came to get a set removed from another shop and wanted to preserve my natural nail as much as possible. They recommended a layer of builder gel to minimize breakage, which I appreciated the insight because I wasn't too sure what I needed for my natural nails to be their best in between sets. Unfortunately the place I went to before to get a full set wasn't as careful with application so my nails had some damage but Amour saved my life! I wish I lived closer so I can come more often but I will definitely be back for regular manicures at least. Their interior and the equipment they use is very well kept. My hands looked so refreshed and revived after my manicure, I felt like I had barbie doll hands. Services are also reasonably priced and the staff is very nice :)
