It was my first time back to getting eyelash extensions after a 8-9 month break so I was excited to have them again. I left that salon in tears because it hurt AND they were terrible looking. I have an event the next day and there was no way I was going to show up with these extensions. I called 3 other salons before TFB and no one could take me, which I get. But I called TFB and not only was the person who answered prompt and friendly, they were able to get me in that evening for a Lash Removal. Normally lash removals take 30 mins but the botch job from the other salon took TWO hours. CeeJae worked her magic (and patience) and got it all removed. She was so friendly and sympathetic through the whole process. Honestly- she is so great. And once I recover from this crazy lash adventure I am booking my lash lift and tint with her! They recommended a layer of builder gel to minimize breakage, which I appreciated the insight because I wasn't too sure what I needed for my natural nails to be their best in between sets. Unfortunately the place I went to before to get a full set wasn't as careful with application so my nails had some damage but Amour saved my life!
