I tried to keep on track with a professional business inquiry but it got to the point where Michael was so incredibly rude he laughed at me multiple times. I finally had enough and called him out on his foul attitude and disrespectful demeanor. He changed tune for a moment but was still quite aloof. I decided to end the call as we were no longer engaging in anything related to architectural plans. I will not be using him and do not recommend his services.
