We strongly DO NOT recommend Maxx builders. We hired them for the construction of our grand event…read morecenter. They delayed our project by 10 months. They are completely unprofessional and dishonest. They overdrew hundreds and thousands of dollars from the bank saying they would pay their sub contractors but left almost all of them unpaid forcing them to file lawsuits against them and to put liens on our property. When we refused to pay them more money until the liens were resolved and payments made to the sub contractors they abruptly cancelled our contract with them. When we tried to talk and resolve the situation they keep directing us to their lawyers. They have been blacklisted by several banks who will not work with them. Wallis Bank is one that we know of and our lender American First National bank has also black listed them seeing how they have defrauded us. They have mysteriously removed their google listing to avoid negative reviews. We have discovered others that have had similar experiences and this is a pattern for them. Our lawyers have discovered that they are being sued by multiple other sub contractors and clients. We are exploring legal action to recover our losses. Please be very very careful when doing business with Maxx Builders. I'm posting this review to protect other business from going through what we did. They are not to be trusted!
