When I went down to Fresno with our appointment time, hoping she would send it while I was driving, she still was MIA. Then, had one of her representatives contact me to say she had an emergency and is unable to attend. There was no option to still meet and look over the document with another team member. Day's later, I received an attempt to meet again and she decided to send the documents to an office near me to get them notarized. She sent the document without sending me a final draft, only to see grammatical errors and when I called her representative to inform this and to pay for the notary service, she never answered or called me back.
