I paid $270 TOTAL for packaging+shipping for my exact same items from CA to FL through UPS, but…read morethis location wanted to charge me $503 with the extra $280 "large box fee" to ship them back because they insisted on using a massive box. My original shipment used a much smaller box, was bubble-wrapped, marked fragile, and arrived safely. Manager Alex kept calling my 34-inch computer monitor a "TV" and claimed their oversized box was the only option. I even offered to bring my original box, but he refused to pack it and said without the fee they wouldn't bubble-wrap my items and would "for sure be damaged". I had no choice but to get a refund, take everything back, and Uber home. ZERO effort to find a reasonable solution or provide decent customer service. I had to potentially pay MORE for their in-competence of not have correct sized boxes for when someone brings in items to be packed and shipped. Not a good look on UPS and will be contacting corporate about his service.
