I had an issue with my washing machine that was new. A request was put in for servicing, and Northern Electonic was issued to do the work. They were very prompt to respond with a phone call saying that someone could come out when my schedule was ok. They were very polite in the phone and accomadated any quick questions I had a the time. The day of service I had received a call from the service man, saying he was about 20min away if that was ok for me. Had NES come in to fix a 5 month old Samsung tv in Wasaga Beach. Two gentlemen came in (unfortunately I've forgotten their names). They quickly ran some tests, disassembled the tv, changed out the screen for a new one, had it all back together & running again in about an hour.
