You can trust on everything that the quality and consistency of these cakes will remain superb and unparalleled. The customer service was amazing. They have this clear, flimsy wrapper for the tiered cakes that rips a lot...and they should rethink this packaging...but other than that, the wedding cakes and bundtinis turned out to be AMAZING! Ordering online was easy, they delivered exactly at the time on our 17th anniversary that I selected. My wife was visiting her mother in Texas so we couldn't be together on our special day but I wanted to share something special with her and she loves good cake. I got to watch and listen on Facetime as she and her mom shared the first Bundt cupcake and they said it was fantastic - the White Chocolate Raspberry. We arrived at this location at 6:20pm (store closed at 7), the closed sign was on the door and a young lady was mopping. We turned around thinking the location was closed for the day, until someone else entered the store. The service was not well. One employee continued mopping around us, while two more were standing watching. The interaction with one employee during check out wasn't polite. I do understand that it was close to closing time, but we weren't asking for any cakes to be made, just a simple grab and go. read more

I've been going here for about 2 months. I am a cake addict. But here's the thing, my food app says that the bundlets are only 640 calories. That is AHmaaazing cause a slice of cake from HEB has 1200 calories. Now the bundlets are $1.50 more than the cake at HEB but with way less calories it's worth it. The frosting is so yummy and ample. I love frosting and I'm picky about frosting too. Theirs is just right. My favorites are the pecan praline, the lemon, and the carrot cake. You can't go wrong with any of those. read more

I called in advance because I wanted to pickup a cake close to closing, I warned them that I was going to be a little after 7pm (their closing time) and they told me it was okay. So I drove 15 minutes to the store and arrived at 7:05pm only for them to shut the door in my face. They were rude and did not seem to care about the situation. I would have completely understood if they couldn't take my purchase after closing, but I wish they would have let me know when I called so I wouldn't have had to drive 30 minutes back in forth in traffic for nothing. Made a special road trip to College Station today for there 1 year anniversary celebration to use the coupon they sent me for a free mini bunt cake. I was so glad I made the 2 hour trip there the staff there was so awesome and greeted me when I walked in. They offered me so many free samples and was so informative about there cakes and explained them all to me. By the time I left there I had like 4 mini bunt cakes and the manager was so awesome she gave me a card for free mini bunt cake every month for a year!! NBC is a really novel idea combined with excellent execution. It is my and the SO's go to for dessert in B/CS and we've never had a bad bundt experience . It has literally taken the place of ice cream in our after dinner dessert plans. Typically we pay 8 bucks for 2 bundtlets and share/eat half that night and half the next night. We've tried every flavor personal favorites are the gluten free chocolate chip(no gluten issues, just really good) and the red velvet. Pro tip: ask for extra icing at the checkout!
