Truth be told, this was my first time ever stepping foot into a Nothing Bundt Cakes. The smell was mesmerizing! I really wanted to hang out because of the delightful smell.  It was well organized as well, which was great. We ordered a lemon bundt cake, and I tried the blueberry bliss. Listen, they are sweet, but they are absolutely delicious! Every time I eat a slice of their cake or take that first bite, I say to myself, "This is why people adore them." My husband and I tried the individual Bundt cakes. I got the white chocolate raspberry and he got the carrot cake. These cakes are so moist and delicious and surprisingly light. I am not a big fan of dense cakes. To me that would be more for a sweet bread. The white chocolate raspberry was delicious I recommend this flavor and this was recommended to me as well. It is such a cute little shop with a variety of items, specialty popcorn, cards, party supplies just to name a few. Bundt cakes come in 10 and 8 inch sizes, Bundtlets(individual packaged bundt cakes), and bundt cake toppers that are bite sized little cakes, that can be bought by the dozen. Today I stopped in to order a 10" Bundt cake and 4 dozen minis. First and foremost Miss Margaret was so kind in helping me. She told me that I could order the minis which came in 4 flavors with 3 of each. She said if I didn't want those flavors I could order custom at an up charge. Since my 10" cake was going to be lemon I asked her if I was able to get all one flavor of minis instead of the mix. Across the room (clearly someone whom was of higher authority) said that's an up charge. I then proceeded to say to Margaret I'm a bit confused as I'm not asking for a custom order just wondering about not choosing all the flavors. Once again at quite an aggressive bark the other woman felt the need to put her two sense in again. I said I'm just trying to process the amount to decide. Again the barking came with a corporate excuse. I said to Margaret I was sorry but it was clear my business was not important to the woman who barked at me. I have used nothing Bundt cakes many times. I hope that me trying to understand the $2 up charge and figuring out my flavors was worth you losing a customer. I have been in customer service for a long time so thank you for giving this experience to take back to work with me for training on how never to make a customer feel so unwanted. read more

Horrible attitude of the lady behind the counter today. I greeted her with a warm smile and a hello, but received an icy greeting back. When I mentioned I had a coupon for a free Bundt birthday cake (for my 9 year old son) she was very rude and said "he has to be 13. It says so on the website and I'll be happy to sell you something" in a condescending voice. Well, I didn't notice that, otherwise I wouldn't have asked for it. Terrible cuatomer service! Walked in, and one cashier is on the phone. Another cashier glanced at us and walked in the back as a female comes out the back to catch a rep that just left the store. As we stood inside, no one offered to help us. Not the person that asked the caller to please hold or the worker that subsequently went in the back. Then the worker that asked the caller to hold went in the back.... which just leaves us standing there. Finally, the female that left the store now returns and instantly asks.. have you been help? As she took our order and package our item ( Thank you) amazingly, the other two workers appear from the back. Even though we are just visiting the area... never will we return to this location. Please do better! I hope anyone else visiting this location never encounters the lack of professionalism we received....perhaps it was a bad day! Perhaps they just received a large order, whatever the case.. just remember to acknowledge your customers in the store. When I was 7 years old, I ate my first bundt cake. It changed my life! A round cake with a hole in the middle and glaze drizzled all over it. There were five of us kids and we were fighting over what was left after our first piece--The scrimmage was ugly. With that in mind, I have been having flashbacks every time my friends blow up my feed when visiting Nothing Bundt Cakes. I gave in this morning after an appointment. I clicked on Yelp and headed over. I found the awesome store and a quick parking spot in a field of cars. Inside there were five people waiting for service. They had samples laid out of the Red Velvet and it was great. While I was waiting, they swapped it out for Lemon--it was better. Finally, it was my turn. There was lady in line behind me who preempted the order and told me she bought Bundt Cakes every week, and Raspberry was her favorite. I was sold by her boldness and care for me, and bought Raspberry for my friends visiting. (Welcome to Yelp Harold P.!) The Raspberry was delectable with a subtle smear of Raspberry Purée throughout the cake. It's consistency and moisture was that of a fine restaurant's $9.00 piece of cake. The frosting was over the top in a good way with a Cream Cheese evenness. It was, for lack of a better word, Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious! I will lose sleep over this place, while dreaming of my next visit. Folks, this place sells the cake you've always wanted. Drive, hitchhike, ride your bike, walk, run, call Uber, or beg your friend for a ride--just get there, get the cake and experience your own euphoric deliciousness. These cakes are simply delicious! I sampled the cakes at the SHE Women's Show in Greenville and couldn't get enough. I enjoy cakes on special occasions such as birthdays and weddings, but Nothing Bundt Cakes has me thinking about cakes everyday. I first visited a Nothing Bundt Cakes on the Texas coast. But then, when I called one in San Antonio, I was told they didn't have the gluten-free cakes at that location. SO, imagine my delight to learn that this Greenville store had the gluten-free chocolate chip cake! YUM! Thanks! Of course I had to have one! The cakes are soft, moist and delicious. We got a cake at this place for our engagement party and it was amazing. The cake itself is very moist and the cream cheese icing on top gave it a slight tartness along with the sweetness that went extremely well with the cake. I've also had lemon, red velvet, vanilla, and white chocolate raspberry. These are great for parties because you can order mini ones by the dozen (I believe). There are usually samples avaliable when I go in, and plenty of flavors to choose from! This is a fun alternative to regular cupcakes and such. On July 4th I visited this location as I frequently do, but the Manager was taking my order today and she has horrible customer service skills. There was no personality with her. Once she informed me of my total I handed her my card, ok once she swiped it I held my hand out to receive it back and she never returned it. With my hand out she placed my card on the counter and slid it. I was livid and said really, she never acknowledged my comment nor did she thank me for my purchase or invite me to come back. I have been in Retail Management for over 10yrs and this is totally unacceptable. I don't know if she was having a bad day or if it was racial. But I was very offended.
