I would still order again and would like to see this flavor added to their regular menu. This location is in a strip mall so plenty of free parking. I go to this location, at least three times a week. Every time has been a very pleasant experience except for today. I went in two minutes before closing. I was so happy that I made it to use a buy one get one free coupon. I had let the cashier know that I had one to scan and my son had one to scan, so it would be two separate transactions. I entered my number as I usually do and I'm always asked if I want to use any of my points this time. However, my points were applied to my transaction without my consent or even being asked. As I stated previously, I made the cashier aware that my son and I both had QR codes to scan for the buy one get one free the manager came to assist her whose name is Yvonne had a terrible attitude told me that the points were automatically apply and they had no control of that. That's absolutely BS. I come there enough to know how it works. They promote the buy one get one free every time you make money a purchase. It's a code to do a survey on the bottom receipt. Her attitude is nasty. I don't know if it if was because they were closing and it was a holiday, but she was just so rude so I matched her energy and I had an attitude afterwards and I was trying to figure out, How was she upset when my points were the one that were used without my consent?!! I asked for the manager she said she is the manager I asked who was above her. She said , No one Corprate!" I will be contacting them because I hope this is how you treat all federal civilians. Also, I will do the survey and she said "Oh please do!" With the nastiest attitude my son who is autistic kept trying to get her to scan his QR code after she took my order and tried to correct it. I didn't she's yelled at him. The phone is closed. I said ma'am he's autistic so I went to tap my card. She's like your card not working. Your car is not working. My card beeped and never scanned or anything so I know she was doing something with the machine to make it not work however, after I said that my card worked for both transactions. I forgot to add when I walked in, what I was greeted by the workers but she came next to the cashier and stated oh this register is card only mind you all I had was my phone in my hand so apparently I had tap ,that's OK fine. So from the Gate she had an attitude , all Hispanic employees including herself my son and our African-American. After they helped us to Hispanic young women came in and they were overly nice to them, mind you it was 8 mins after closing . She told me oh she was gonna try to get my points back so I can use my points another location. No, I will be at that location or any other location I used to because I did nothing wrong. I tried the new Oreo one; it's good... but for some reason thought there would be more flavor and maybe some crumbled Oreos on top , would of added a nice touch. My boyfriend ordered the white chocolate raspberry, ... said it tasted like a pound cake with a hint of raspberry. Overall very delicious, moist and filling. I usually pick up Bundt cakes for every birthday occasion so I come quite often. Unfortunately the service has decreased tremendously and is so disappointing. I arrive to order and the female worker Alexis M was extremely hostile, rude, and disrespectful. While waiting for my order to be completed I asked for a bag because I had many things with my order. She said there were no bags that big. I was confused as i had seen someone walk out with a big bag. And didn't want to make two trips to my car as I had a big order. I look and see a big stack of bags on the shelf. Another worker comes and I ask for a bag and as she was going to give me one Alexis whispers to her and she hands her the bag instead and Alexis still does not provide me with the bag. I asked why and her response was " we're busy". I have not experienced such poor customer service. There were not many people there. Ambience was uncomfortable given the experience. :-(. Stopped in about 20 minutes before closing. The store was busy, but the line went fast. One line was to pick up previously ordered items and a separate line to order or purchase items in store. Despite being a few minutes from closing, there was lots to choose from in the display case. I settled on a red velvet bundtlet and an Oreo bundtlet, which is only available until Monday. I sampled both and they were equally delicious. The red velvet was moist with some chocolate chips dispersed here and there randomly within the cake. It was topped with cream cheese frosting. Delicious! The Oreo one was good, but drier. It had crushed Oreos in it and a sweet vanilla frosting. I want to sample the carrot cake next! read more

I am so happy to know that there is a Nothing Bundt Cakes location right here in Visalia. This was my first visit to this store, but I have had my share of Bundtini's for coworker birthdays and parties while living in Southern California. I was also happy to know that they are still here considering that they opened only 11 days before the shut down of non-essential businesses earlier this year. I hope that the community knows about this little gem and supports them. The store is very cute...kinda girly, but that's okay. The clerk who helped me was very friendly. There is a case filled with ready-to-go items, or you can choose to customize orders for different sizes, flavor combos and frostings. I came in for bundtinis, but had to settle for 2 bundtlets for my sister and me. A bundtlet is a miniature bundt cake, not to be confused with a bundtini which is a bite sized-sized bundt cake. FYI...Bundtinis are only available by the dozen. I'm going to give them a 5 star even though my order was incorrect. I ordered a Red Velvet for my sister and a Lemon for me. So, I asked if they could give me the items so I could just do it myself. The guy went back and asked the girl in the back and she said no. So, i returned the birthday card to the rack, and left without buying 3 bundlets and a greeting card. Business must be great at this location to take 30 mins to cello up two bundlets and not give the customer the items so they can just do it themselves since you are SO busy. I am not one to complain....but!! I ordered 5 dozen Bundt mini cakes for our facility which a lot of us do regularly for our company. I ordered online as I've done in the past. I ordered a couple gluten free and the rest an assortment of flavors. When i picked up my order it was completely wrong. When i had called the lady that answered the phone, besides having a horrible attitude about the situation continued to tell me what her ticket said.
