We have come back around and are very pleased with the evaluation process which rated our child on par with the grade he will be going into. This was not aligned with the end of year grades the school provided so we came in quite worried he was behind and had fallen very behind when looking at the grades. However the evaluation gave us peace of mind that he's progressed just fine this year, perhaps just at a slower speed than other students. My point is there are metrics implemented at Sylvan that are not used in school and I think these are also important gauges to help measure academic abilities. We're impressed with the staff and the facility. It's really well done.

After 10 minutes of our conversation, She could not pick time for personal appointment and suggest me call back another day to schedule an appointment. Another day I spoke with somebody else who took a massage for center director , but after that no one called me, I decide to call them again. Center director was not there again and another representative took a massage for her. Since that time I have been waiting already third week. Just want to say; it is not professional behavior and prevent another parents from there. Thanks

It starts at the top and their management is god awful. I had my child enrolled for less than a year and there were 3 different (horrible) administrators. There were a few good teachers, but if they weren't there the care was SEVERELY SUBPAR. The facility is dirty and stinks. Expect you kid to be sick every other week even in the summer. I brought concerns to the administrator and was told biting at their facility was normal and I was dismissed. Don't let the fact that they have camera fool you, those mean nothing. I urge you to steer very clear of this facility.
