The people at Excel Propane treated me with complete professionalism, but with a Home-Town feel. There were several obstacles to overcome getting Propane to my house, which included an old tank and many buried lines to appliances which were no longer used. Excel came up with a great solution. They relocated my 1000 gallon propane tank to the back of the house. Then worked closely with Bel-Aire HVAC of Portage to run new lines from the tank to the new house Regulator and also to the Generac generator, while Bel-Aire ran new pipe inside the house to all three appliances. The result is peace-of-mind knowing we have All New Lines from the tank, into the house, and new pipes inside going to the appliances. My thanx and gratitude go out to all the people who make Excel Propane a great company to work with. Excel Propane is at the Top of their industry, and has no equal.

After having them drop their tank at my house and had it filled I called them a few months later to check to see how much gas prices were. She told me 2.29 per gallon because I don't go though enough gas and this was only the 3rd month i had the tank. Told them to I would be looking around for a new company and she didn't' even try to keep me as a customer. Called and told them to come get their tank and it still sat on my property for another 3 months and they just finally came to get it. Looked at my bill and they charged me another year rental and a pick-up fee. So, all the gas I had left in the tank went back to them and didn't get credit for it. Never seen a propane company that straight up lies to your face and lies on the phone. Stay clear of this company!!!!!!!!

No call, no sign of them. We called and asked when we were scheduled; no return call. Of course we can only talk to a machine, so we have no idea what to expect. I don't know what is most troubling, the insensitivity to our pleas or the lack of communication, both between the company and ourselves and the company systems. Either way we lose.
