These guys are great! From the time I called to get new water delivery service (of 5 gal bottles) and now through delivery service, we've had nothing but a positive experience. I will leave my empty bottles outside the days of delivery and they will swap them out. If they know I'm home, my driver rings the bell and brings in my new bottles. GREAT SERVICE! read more

Horrible service. They will not make appointments, and kept insisting that I leave a way for them to get into the house so that the service could be completed while was gone. A technician showed up to my house unannounced, and never came at the time I discussed with the receptionist. I kept talking to the receptionist because the account manager never seemed to have time. A technician came to my house and set the filtration system to run every other week, instead of every other day. When culligan came to fix an issue, the system leaked, flooded my laundry and water got on my carpet which was 1 month old. Ludwigs culligan is a horrible service provider in the jackson area. Save yourself a headache and go with someone else. read more
