Then move in here. Do you enjoy moldy vents? Then move in here. Do you enjoy NO UPDATES and worn out cabinets etc? Then move in here. Do you enjoy paying outrageous amounts for water, sewage, trash and having a billing fee added on top of that? Then move in. You can't budget because of these charges. Do you enjoy having no privacy as they removed the privacy deck? Funny how they have not updated photos to show those are missing. Do you enjoy TRYING TO MOVE OUT and are tacked on fees even though you have provided proof, as in renters insurance?? Do you enjoy not having a call returned because they are throwing a pity party because you want out? Then move in here. Do you enjoy flooded parking lot because of the way the concrete was laid? The cabinets were disintegrating when I moved and and that was never repaired. I was told alternatively that the rusted water was normal, to just run the water until it is clear for half a year before it finally failed. Management never upheld their end of the contract. I only lived here for one year thankfully. I am leaving this as a warning. All of the positive reviews about thia place are fake.

Too many people feel as if they get their trash bag close enough to the dumpster then they are relieved of all responsibility. Community is very quiet and centrally located to most things. The amazon hub is also a nice tough and very easy to use (both Amazon and the complex send you notice of packages). We did stay in the furnished apartment...bed wasn't the most comfortable and there is some wear and tear to the pain on the walls...but really was a very pleasant home away from home. I had been there over ten years and knew the carpet and the broken dishwasher (missing a piece since they installed it and then leaked) were bad so I didn't request any security deposit back. I had asked for more time but the person at White Property Management didn't communicate that to Elaine. I exchanged another email or two with WPM, asking if our business was concluded. They had my email and phone number but not a new address as I moved out of town. In April I received a letter from a collection agency saying I owed money but not why. I was able to get a printout of the bill from WPM and it was dated March 10, 2020. There had been zero attempt to call or email because "we only mail out these bills." They didn't even give my phone number to the collection agency. I don't dispute I owed money but I did ask WPM if I owed anything shortly after we moved. I have a problem with being turned over to collections without notice.

Six months into the lease my daughter and her roommate both moved out of the apartment & asked to be released from the lease. Their request was denied so they continued to pay the rent every month for the remaining 6 months. At the end of the lease, the apartment manager refused to return their $700 deposit because she stated she did not have a 30-day notice of their intent to move out. Obviously, that was false because they had asked to be released from the lease 6 months prior and had already informed the manager they were moving out. Now they have submitted my daughter to the credit bureau stating she owes $900 for cleaning fees. She was never informed of this alleged cleaning fee prior to the debt collection agency contacting her. Furthermore, there were no cleaning needs and we have 6 adults ready to submit written statements to the same. This manager is clearly trying to take advantage of 2 young women.
