And with in-house massage, yoga, Chinese herbs and Ayurvedic products, it makes this place not only a one-stop shop, but holistic in their approach to health. Fortunately that meant I was prescribed weekly massage as part of my recovery for a knee injury and sciatica. I worked with Caitlin and she is amazing. Super targeted and effective, I feel like a lot of underlying tightness was addressed and my body's circulation and mobility are now much improved. Honestly the best masseuse I've ever worked with. Before I returned to California, Heather made sure I had a good supply of Chinese herbs so my body could continue to resolve its issues. That really helped since I live in a rural area.
