Highly regret bringing my engine here. 2 months after I dropped off my engine he had his A&P license pulled by the FAA, the FAA inspector informed me of 5 crashes attributed due to his poor workmanship. Many internal parts that the FAA require to be replaced were reused. We had 2 thin wall and 2 thick wall wrist pins. That is never allowed. He drilled holes in the case for NEY nozzles but never bothered to get the STC so the case was essentially destroyed. Not only is his work sub standard it's criminal. But if you call today he will still take your engine even though his FAA ticket has been pulled. He should be in Jail.

That meant putting in 12,14,16 hours a day and sometimes more including weekends and holidays. After about 6 months the business did start to turn around and growth was doubling each year or more. I was told by management that I was always be taken care of and hold a high position. I did end up holding 6 different Director positions but management in France changed. Soon after that my new title was supervisory, and the nothing. After more than 31 years there I was laid off in 2020. Not one person that should have been laid off lost their job because they're French. So, if you're willing to take a low paying job, and have French management always demanding more while you watch the other French arrive 9-10am, drink coffee and BS for one hour, pretend they're doing something in their office (Americans don't rate an office), take a 2 hour lunch break, comeback and drink espresso for one hour, BS with your buddies for 1-2 hours then leave at 5, then this job is for you. I do stay in touch with some of the customers I used to work with and they've made it very clear they will replace all that company equipment first chance they get
