My son has had three appointments in the last month at the Wallingford office and every visit has been extremely pleasant. I honestly wish that they were our primary care office that we go to all the time; I'm a little bit sad to think that at some point in the future we won't need to go here ever again. A few months ago we had to cancel an appointment on the same day because my son was sent home from school with a high temperature. Not wanting to risk getting anybody else sick, I called and explained the situation for which they sounded appreciative. The appointment was rescheduled for a later date and there was a miscommunication between my wife and I on the new date and time causing us to miss the appointment. There are no appointment reminders sent by phone, text or email. We'll take responsibility for missing the appointment but never expected to receive an email the following day dropping our son(s) as patients because we missed two appointments, one of which was to just ensure nobody else got sick. We attempted to call and discuss this further but we never received a call back. It's obvious that Daniels Orthodontics would rather you take your child to an appointment, sick or not. It's also obvious this office is a little too busy to any longer care about customer service or patient care. Consider elsewhere for orthodontics, there are a number of options.

The staff was very welcoming and explained their billing process and appointment process without frustration. We were able to get a new patient appointment and cleaning very quickly. Being able to print our new patient paperwork at home and bring it in already filled out was super convenient. My youngest is on the autism spectrum with sensory issues so dental visits are always stressful for her our hygienist was Kim and she was so patient and gentle with her. It was a very stress free positive experience for her that she is excited to go back again! I highly recommend this practice. We felt very welcome and "at home" here and the bonus is they have pediatric and regular dentists all in one location!
