Not only has Dr. Brennan watch me grow up, he knows all about my dental anxiety and will talk me through things like a filling. I recently started my Reveal aligners with Dr. D'Agostino and Amber. They've been very efficient. All the secretaries are also SO nice, which I don't often find in offices lately. I do think Mondovi turned this family dentist way too "clinical," so that's kind of a bummer because the place is very plain now. They also lost some hygienists after this business change. All in all, I will keep coming here for the kind dentists and secretaries.

Well, based on my previous experiences with other dentists, this threw me for a loop. . . Until, I was offered nitrous oxide! Never had it but was assured it would limit my anxiety, so, of course I said yes. Have had two of the four procedures and am SO pleased. The whole experience using modern technology (not offered by previous practitioner) which assured real time assessment and modifications as needed. I had an abscess molar that needed root canal. We discussed and agreed we would replace the crown after the root canal rather than attempt to keep the old crown. There would also be a need for 2 more appointments. One for him to implant a supportive post and the final to secure the New crown. I believe we agreed on $1500 for his work and whatever the crown costs. Well he did the root canal and resolved my PAIN Thank God ... Then put the old crown back on until the new crown came in. On the day of the second appointment he called me and cancelled 1 hour prior to the Saturday appointment, citing his allergies had gotten worse. After that HE DISAPPEARED !! No communiques after that ... I went to the office only to find it locked and there were cards in the door that others had left asking when he would return. To this Day ... 5/24/17 ... The phone line rings to an "out of service" message and there is no sign of Dr Victor Chueng anywhere ?? Since then I've been laid off and no longer have dental insurance and the old crown had come loose !! He was very strange and Very slow too ...

One time I was able to watch two full movies before he called my name. On two occasions we got there and his door was completely locked with nobody in sight. We tried to contact him but with no success. He never, emphasis on *NEVER, picks up his phone because he has no receptionist and is always working on someone in the back room. He makes up excuses for why he's late/ flat out doesn't show up. I wouldn't recommend this dentist to anybody. Extremely unprofessional.

I called several times only to get his VM and the door was locked. So i waited, maybe he ran out. No one came to the office. So on Monday I got a call saying I was rescheduled for the next Saturday at the same time so I gave it another try and the same thing happened so on Monday I told them I wanted to come in on a weekday. I was given a Tuesday at 9am. So I showed up for my appointment to see 2 other cars sitting outside. At 9 I went ti the door and it was LOCKED. I talked to the girls in the cars and they worked for this office. They told me that he is very random and 2 or 3 days out of the week he won't open the door on time knowing he has a full day and knowing people are outside waiting. What kind of person does that? Does he want to keep his place running or is this just to pass time? I waited that morning for 45 min before he oped that door. I also tried to open the door myself a few times and every time it was locked. When the girls and I went in he said it was unlocked since 9am. I couldn't believe he said that. I said to hime NO IT WAS NOT because I tried to come in here several times and it was locked. I wasn't the only one trying the door. Every 15 min one of his girls would try to. So what is it? We don't know how to open doors? I wasted so much time on this office. The Dental Assistant and office assistant were really nice and tried to apologize for hime but I don't have time for that kind of unprofessionalism.
