For beauty products, you can't go past this Chemist Warehouse. Stocking drugstore mainstays such as Maybelline, Revlon and Rimmel alongside the occasional item by Calvin Klein's beauty line, and haircare by not just Dove and Loreal but more premium brands such as KMS and Joico as well, Chemist Warehouse punches far above its sometimes cheap and cheerful reputation. This particular Chemist Warehouse also stocks a good range of organic beauty products from brands such as Trilogy and Kosmea as well as deservedly cult lines including Invisible Zinc and French favourite Avène. This is great because you can ask questions more discreetly without other people in the queue behind you listening in. Down the left hand side of the store they have Maybelline, Loreal and make-up products. This area is set out very well and it is easy to find what you are looking for. This store always has sales going on, when I went a couple of days ago it was 'take a further 20% off shoes and accessories', no wonder the store was packed. Inside you'll find a jumble of clothes and accessories while the shoes can mostly be seen in the front window. The sales assistants are lovely and really talkative, however when the store gets busy they are usually trying to manage the crowd. It can get a little claustrophobic at times if there's too many shoppers so either hold your own and keep browsing or duck outside for some air.
