This is a brand new building in a well to do area of my town. Everything is clean and the equipment all brand new and state of the art. The business is owned by a husband and wife duo both extremely credentialed and very down to earth. During cleanings they use ultrasonic water therapy instead of instrument scraping which is much quicker and more comfortable. The fillings are done by a technique that is drill free, painless and takes only a quick moment. The staff is extremely gentle and friendly during procedures. In particular, my hygienist Lisa does a super great job on my choppers while making me feel comfortable. My entire family comes here and will continue to do so throughout life

With someone who was born with horrible teeth, it can be a terrible experience, each and every time I am sitting on the dentist chair. I discovered Dr. Walkers office and I couldn't have been more pleased. The office staff and Dr. Walker are the nicest, funniest, and most calming people I've ever met in a dentist's office before. Not only do they understood my angst for the profession, but actually made me feel relaxed and gave me a simple explanations of how I was going to be fine.. The dentist? The big man himself is amazing. I had several appointments through the years, regular cleanings and then some dreaded maintance and they couldn't have been more of a joy to work with. Dr. Walker was the nicest man who took his time understanding my needs (and wants) and also was able to work on my teeth in a way that did not frighten me. I may be well into adulthood now, but childhood nightmares still haunt me in those offices. He was caring, never pushy, and I can't believe I'm saying this .. a dentist I enjoy seeing. That may be the first time that's ever come out of my mouth. Dr. Walker and his Staff are great. They are very compassionate very reasonable for x-rays and cleaning. They're awesome. Dr. Walker was very gentle, caring, and understanding of my concerns. I had such a tremendously positive experience that I didn't hesitate to take my then-toddler first child. The patience and kindness that he exhibited with my son was irreplaceable. We have been loyal to Dr. Walker ever since. He always remembers what the kids are up to and asks about their activities, school, and life in general. He is such a pleasant caregiver. All four of my children absolutely love him!! He does very good work…read more When I had cavities filled he made sure to smooth down the rough edges of the filled teeth and the rough fillings until they felt as smooth as regular teeth. If there is an issue, ie, if a cavity is deep and someone may need a root canal, he makes sure to explain the situation to the patient so they are not in the dark. I never had such a kind, skilled and thorough dentist since before since my old dentist retired. I really appreciate the staff too, they are like him.

Get in-- get out. It is very obvious that they discriminate and assume "state insurance" holders, even when my son wasn't covered by that type of insurance. Not sure she even really made the connection at all. I was more worried about the restraint holding she wanted us to put our 2 year old in. Of course he was upset, she didn't even take the time to acknowledge he was there. she seemed repulsed by him, especially after he was crying and chasing him around the room between mom & dad trying to comfort him. "Oh-- and he has green mucous-- that needs to be treated" -- very poor bedside manner. A "treatment plan" was created. No other options were discussed. I had asked what our options were-- "nothing else to be done, the staff assistant will explain what will be done".. Extensive work was to be done. The comment of "I'm assuming he was a breastfed child?" And dismissal of WHY his dental work needed done was unreal. 2/10, the best part about this place was the fish tank

This practice, but not this dentist, had seen me so I got an appointment. Xray. Nasty assistant came in, wanted over $1200 WHILE I WAS STILL IN CHAIR and before any work. Reluctantly I agreed- rather embarrassing to decline & leave -- so I started to write a check. Oh, NO! Left & returned, total now $1408. In the hour I was in the office dentist was treating at least 1 other patient & probably 2. The cap was well positioned & so far serviceable. Seemed to need to make it all in one visit! I will not be back nor do I even remotely recommend this practice.
