Going to the dentist is never a present experience. Throughout the years, Dr. Ray has only made this experience worse. Starting with his demeanor, let's call it... Less than friendly. He does not make you feel welcome. The last time I was there he did not even say hello to me. I'm serious, I took note of it. And, whatever. I could overlook this. I don't care if you aren't nice to me if you're good at your job. If he didn't mess my teeth up (worse than they are) and pull on the outside of my mouth with a metal instrument so hard that it rubbed the skin off and started bleeding. I was getting a cavity filled and my face was being yanked way more than normal, I couldn't feel anything because I was numb. He was actually driving his metal instrument into my face, grinding the skin off of it. I mean, I get not saying hi, but taking it a little too far maybe? I included pictures. Cavities he's done on me have broken within two years or turned into abscesses that need expensive root canals. The last straw was when he did a cavity and it became infected within two weeks (I'm honestly not exaggerating). There are much better dentists in Greensburg. Especially if you don't want to end up with your face bleeding, looking like you have a reverse cold sore.

This is a brand new building in a well to do area of my town. Everything is clean and the equipment all brand new and state of the art. The business is owned by a husband and wife duo both extremely credentialed and very down to earth. During cleanings they use ultrasonic water therapy instead of instrument scraping which is much quicker and more comfortable. The fillings are done by a technique that is drill free, painless and takes only a quick moment. The staff is extremely gentle and friendly during procedures. In particular, my hygienist Lisa does a super great job on my choppers while making me feel comfortable. My entire family comes here and will continue to do so throughout life

With someone who was born with horrible teeth, it can be a terrible experience, each and every time I am sitting on the dentist chair. I discovered Dr. Walkers office and I couldn't have been more pleased. The office staff and Dr. Walker are the nicest, funniest, and most calming people I've ever met in a dentist's office before. Not only do they understood my angst for the profession, but actually made me feel relaxed and gave me a simple explanations of how I was going to be fine.. The dentist? The big man himself is amazing. I had several appointments through the years, regular cleanings and then some dreaded maintance and they couldn't have been more of a joy to work with.
