While assessing my system, Brian noticed a problem with one of my lighting fixtures and fixed it on the spot, apparently because he loves electrical work -- he wouldn't take any money. Brian coordinated with other PPE professionals to obtain the necessary permits, and his team of three worked all day to install a new panel and bring order out of chaos. Other contractors cited "problems" with my old system that would cause extra work/expense, but Brian dismissed these, demonstrating rare integrity and honesty.
