C A U T I O N Be advised when you order from Blossom you may…read morethink it is a 'local' flower company, however, it is not. This floral shop uses third party drivers and delivery for their arrangements. I ordered flowers for my daughters birthday to be delivered from what I thought was a local service and she never received her flowers. When I called, they told me they couldn't deliver for another four days. "No flowers." None? I cancelled and went with another flower service. I found out when those flowers were not delivered that my order filtered through the same shop, 'Blossom.' She finally received her bouquet six days after her birthday. The bouquet and base were not what I ordered, nor was the arrangement. And she never received her birthday balloon. When I called to follow up and ask for at least her balloon to be delivered, I was told that it couldn't because it was a 'third party operation,' nor would they send a new bouquet to match what I ordered. They refunded me $10...for the balloon. I will not order from Blossom again, or any third party associated with them, i.e., Sunny Flowers. It is a fraudulent company and there is very little recourse for securing a refund.

I also didn't realize where I was having flowers delivered was in a different town. Emily took my order and with in two hours the flowers were delivered and were absolutely gorgeous!! Would highly recommend this business, fantastic customer service and flowers well worth the cost!
