The worst i have ever experienced in my 54 years on Earth…read more was given a prescription , come to find out that the Dr. needed to provide more documentation . I phoned about it was told someone would follow up with me , which they never did. my visit was on April 5th it Is now April 16th still no medicine , just a bunch of blah blah blah, excuses and finger pointing , blaming the pharmacy. I wouldn't refer this dump to my worst enemy. Can't even get a follow up call. no sense of urgency. AVOID this place at all cost. TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!!!!

The doctors are great, but once again I am at mercy of the staff of this clinic. My doctor at this…read moreclinic asked me to have a blood lab test. After I saw the doctor, I meet with the nurse to set up the lab appointment and my next doctor's visit. I hate the waiting room, so I set up a lab appointment to be the first in the lab and I get a 8:45 AM appointment (the firs appointment of the day). The day of my lab, I show up at 20 minutes before my appointment and most of the service windows are closed. The are no sings where to go or what to do to register. There is a window open on the left hallway and I go and ask where to go for the lab. The lady points out the first window around the corner, just across the main entrance. There is one person in line and several other around and close to the window (they don't know what to do also), all waiting for the lab. I this point I'm not sure if I have to go and seat or make a line and be yell out like last time. I decided to stay in line and risk to be yelled. Then, I see my neighbor sitting in the waiting area. She get up and comes to the line to talk to me. She told me that that she also has a lab appointment for 9:00 am, but she came over an hour earlier because she doesn't trust the appointment system. Exactly at 8:45 am, they open the window (not the window that we were indicated) and a woman yells in Spanish "Blood test" and something else that I don't remember (I think it was gynecology). We all quickly moved to the window trying to make a line and my neighbor (with the 9:00 am appointment) was the first on line and I was the 4th position in the same line. My neighbor "registered" and she was sent to the waiting room, then a woman next in line, then a guy (in front of me). This guy told the lady that he didn't have an appointment, but the same the lady took his information and sent him to the waiting room. After I registered and went to the waiting room (this is about 9:00 am), I sat next to my neighbor. We started commenting why do they make 8:45 am appointments if we are not going to get serviced after 9 am. My neighbor was about to make a comment too when her name is called (remember, she was the first on the line, but had her appointment after me). I said "WHAT???", "what kind of appointment service is this?". I had my appointment before her and I was 20 minutes before my scheduled appointment (meaning on time). Then the lady that was after my neighbor (second in line) was called, then, they call the guy with no appointment (third in line in front of me), and finally they call my name, this is about 9:10 am. While the nurse is drawing my blood, I'm thinking, somebody in the clinic approved to spend thousands of dollar in a computer program to set up appointments to provide "The Best Service" to their patients/customers, but the clinic (read receptionists) end up just following first come first serve. The receptionists don't announce that they are using the first-come-first-served rule, so this isn't fair for us, the patients that follow the rules of planning and make appointments using your expensive computer program. It is not fair that we have to be in a competition for a position that is assigned to us. The patients that did appointment with the computer system deserve the priority of service. Instead of using the co$tly computer program designed to do this, the fairness becomes dependent on human judgment (the receptionists) about who's seen first. Better just to toss a coin. Next time, just announce in advance to follow first-come-first-served, and spend your money in training for better customer service.
