Not only did they remove it with no drama, their price was very reasonable compared to other services that I contacted. Scheduling was easy and they cleaned up after themselves very nicely.

During the initial quote estimate, they mentioned two (new) trees in close proximity to the yard that might have to be moved because of the equipment needing to be put in. I was prepared to dig around one to increase room, but it wasn't needed. Very detailed with pointing out why the tree had to come down! I received a written estimate via email later that day after we'd discussed. A post-cut walkthrough was done, which they initiated. Residual stump was maybe 5" tall. Definitely lower than stumps from a previous treecutter from several years ago. Obviously this can vary per tree based on conditions, but being so close to a fence, I couldn't help but to be impressed by how low to the ground they could get and how evenly-cut across it was. Really nicely done all around. Some residual sawdust is inevitable, but that's inevitable and the amount of time on cleanup they did was impressive. They even replaced the fencing I had put up to keep the deer away from the newly planted tree. Wasn't expecting that. :) Very impressed with the quality of work. Very professional and informative. They called me back with in a timely manner and they were able to come by the same day. The two gentleman were early when they got to my residence. I was not home at the time, they waited for me to get there. As soon as I got there they got right to work fixing the noticeable issues with the door, rails, springs and cables. They were able to fix the issues with my door by putting some new parts that they had on my door. The two gentleman work into the evening nearing 6 pm fixing all the issues with the entire door. The door workers flawlessly like it suppose to. Very Satisfied!
