Pursuant to the Agreement, the deposit held by Bailey was to be returned to our company upon the failure of Bailey Capital to fulfill its duties set forth in the Agreement. The failure of Bailey Capital to comply with the provisions of the Agreement caused our company to file suit and obtain a favorable judgment against Bailey Capital. Although given ample opportunity to avoid litigation, Bailey Capital continued to make excuses as to the nonpayment of the deposit to our Company, and has continually acted in a matter that serves only to frustrate and otherwise evade our Company of the return of the deposit now due. Sounds like this has happened before to others!!!

Honestly not my favorite PNC. The customer service is lacking here. The tellers rather talk to each…read moreother than help the customer and look at you in disgust when you ask for help. The bankers are nice enough. I've had a few issues and they were able to resolve my issues and I walked away happy. Another thing I don't like here is the security guards. I get it's in a bad area so the security makes me feel better but they can be very aggressive. There was one that pretty much no matter where I stood it wasn't the right place and he kept directing me to different spots, and he wasn't very nice about it. I don't normally come to this one so I'm not really upset about the service since it's not my main branch.
