Take your time in finding another attorney. Nathaniel is a dishonest lawyer who will come back to you and increase prices after you already agreed to them. I spoke to the front office staff who is either clueless or just flat out lies as we agreed to a flat rate including their phone consult price. Seven days later after the phone consult and providing all the requested documents Nathaniel comes back and says the flat rate didn't include the phone consult..... Not to mention that the front office never mentioned you have to call in for the phone consult. After waiting 15 minutes with no call I called only to be told for the first time it is my responsibility to call them..... instead of having any help from Nathaniel or an apology he blames me for not giving my email. When over the phone the receptionist said it wasn't necessary. Seems necessary if it has information like that! I thought he was a good attorney until I was given the WRONG ADVICE. I gave him the details of my situation and he advised me on what to do. When I went to court, I learned that the some of the advice he gave me was incorrect. I could have won my case that day!
