Well, second time in court for our eviction case because the "defendant " (I have several more…read moredescriptive names) filed a response to the first judgement at the VERY last minute (truly) asking for the judgement be set aside! Once again, Mr Guerra and his office went to work and the court denied, so the first judgment still stands!! YES ! Thanks again to Guerra & Seyedi Law Office, they definitely know their business, highly recommend!

I highly recommend Tracy and Donna if you need eviction lawyers for a Long Beach property. You…read moredon't want to handle the first eviction yourself, especially if you have tenants/occupants who are trying to game the legal system. You hire these lawyers because they know the court system for Long Beach cases, the judges, opposing counsel -- for their experience, expertise and prior interactions with common opposing counsel b/c they have seen it all. Their assistant Kimberlyn also provided excellent customer service & was very quick to respond to my emails. As a landlord/property manager and client, you should still advocate for yourself even if you hire representation: if you retain the firm to represent you, ask about timelines & how long it takes to prepare and file/service notices and complaints. Follow up, update the firm on whether the tenant responded to your notice, ask for status. I didn't know it would take several days to prepare and serve each 3-day notice to perform/quit so this was a surprise to me. This is the only thing I wish I had more visibility into beforehand. But overall, I was happy with the outcome of my case. For those who complain about having to pay for the initial consultation, you can't expect these professionals to take calls for free. If they took free calls all day, they wouldn't make any money. My initial consultation was specific to my scenario: Donna read through the lease agreement, a summary of my case which I drafted, and other evidence, and gave me her legal opinion. If you decide to get an initial consult, be honest in the info you share and be clear on what the issues are. You are paying them for this assessment & to determine if you have a case, so lay it out. You're not getting some generic legal opinion. Very grateful that I found these lawyers. I hope I don't have to go through another eviction, but if I do, I know who I am retaining.

The stressful nights just laying there with your mind on overdrive, anxiety fueling every waking thought, more outgoing than incoming, and unrealistic expectations from creditors finally pushed me to decide to protect my family and financial future. I must have called between 10-15 different attorneys not having the slightest idea of what the best choice for my situation would be. David was not the first call, was not the last call, he was the only one that I called back! Each attorney had their own pitch or their own pressure to what they feel would be best, but David was different. The patience, knowledge, active listening, and genuine compassion to hear my whole story from start to finish the good the bad and the ugly. David laid out the options available to me and how the possible effects of each choice could be in the present, the future, and unforeseen situations he has experienced with earlier clients. At this point I knew that I was making the right choice and the entire process from start to finish went through just as he said it would. I was even surprised to hear back from David after the process was over providing just a follow up call and email assuring that everything was complete and if I had any last questions or concerns. If you are facing the same situation and looking for the right attorney and staff that you can trust, please believe me David and his team is the way to go. I am more than satisfied with how everything turned out and glad I made the right decision.

David was very knowledgeable, kind, patient, thorough and was just a really great lawyer to work with especially if you've never gone through a legal process before, which can be very ratting and daunting, David was very communicative and put a lot of my aunt's concerns to rest. He answered all of her questions even questions she asked more than once. I found his pricing to be fair and to be honest was so impressed with his level of communication, which can be a difficult thing to get consistently. I highly recommend you give David a chance.

Long overdue update…read more Quick caveat, I lease my cars and intend to keep them for 3 years, but occasionally life gives you lemons and CLLA helps you turn them into lemonade. Since my original review in 2017, they have actually settled two different issues for me. Reminder that these buyback settlements usually include some kind of NDA so I'll keep it vague. The lease that replaced the buyback from my original review was a good car but had several small but nagging issues they couldn't resolve. CLLA was able to negotiate a "cash-and-keep" where I completed and returned the lease, but received a settlement check that more than covered the inconvenience. The following lease was flawless and actually bought-out at the end for a family member, and they still love it. The lease after that, a 2023, was nothing but software problems: not shifting into park (which is now electronic), problems with the safety systems over-alerting or just going offline (usually 1hr+ into a road trip). After about 3 months of negotiations, the manufacturer wanted me to do a cash-and-keep, but I didn't feel the car was safe. CLLA (Jeeho) was incredibly supportive of whatever I wanted to do. During that round of negotiations I held-off taking the car in again, since every time they did a software update and claimed it should fix the issues, but it either didn't fix those issues or traded them for another. With my attorney's support, and coordination with my Service Advisor, I took the car in again, the dealership had it for three weeks and found no issues (I reproduced them the day I got it back). Jeeho went back to their attorneys and persuaded them to buy that car back. Believe it or not, I ended up leasing a car from the same brand. Before I did, I asked Jeeho if I was crazy and he assured me they see very few issues with that brand. I'm very happy with the current lease so far, but I'm even happier with the results CLLA has been able to get when something has gone wrong and manufacturer is unable or unwilling to diagnose/resolve that issue. Thank you, thank you, thank you! #hatTrick

Robert's expertise, dedication, and compassion made a world of difference during a challenging time. Initially, due to my understanding of attorney fees, I planned to handle the legal proceedings on my own, with some help from my local courthouse legal aid office. However, I quickly realized how taxing and discouraging the process could be when seeking the protection I needed. It became clear that I shouldn't go through this alone, and I decided to seek the help of an attorney. Fortunately, my partner came across Robert Bare's office, and he was able to take me on as a client at the very last minute. From our first consultation, it was evident that Robert is highly knowledgeable. He explained everything in detail and made sure I fully understood my options. Robert was patient, empathetic, and reassuring throughout every step of the process. Thanks to Robert, I won my case and received the best possible outcome in my favor. His genuine concern for my well-being and his occasional follow-ups post-case really stood out, especially during moments when I needed time to heal. I am eternally grateful to Robert Bare and his team. There are simply not enough words to describe how highly I recommend Robert Bare as an attorney.

I missed out on months of spousal support as a result of this mishap. I fired Mr. Bare, represented myself, and had an excellent outcome. Mr. Bare was easily convinced that my ex-husband's outrageous legal claims "might have merit" and insisted on going down rabbit hole after rabbit hole, chasing nothing and costing me, a single mother, thousands of dollars in the process. Mr. Bare stated at one point "I didn't know you needed money" as part of his justification that they had not aggressively pursued appropriate child support for my, then 2 year old, child.
