I have been a long time client of NT Nails. I get a special spa pedicure each month and give Jennie (owner's wife) $20 tip. I arrived for appointment on Wednesday, parked in salon lot, took 4 steps and found myself on sheet of ice. I couldn't go forward or backwards. I am an elderly cancer patient who has trouble walking anyway. I had to flag down someone walking by for help. Once in salon, I explained my stress and worry about getting back into car. I asked the owner if he had salt he could throw down. He began yelling at me, saying it wasn't his problem but his landlord's problem. He preceded to list all his complaints against his landlord. I was in tears. He never offered to help me return to car after pedicure. A very nice woman felt so bad, she called her boyfriend who was a snow plow driver. He came to salon and salted from door to my car. God Bless him! The owner said nothing to him. I got pedicure, paid, gave $20 tip and left. I will never return. read more

NT Nails is a nice neighborhood place to get your nails done. When I visited today, I went to get a gel manicure with their 'mood changing' gel polish. I say 'mood changing' because that's what they call it, however it's actually Thermal Color Changing gel polish (which means it changes color depending on your temperature). The woman who did my nails was very nice, didn't talk too much which was fine. She filed my nails nice and straight, she didn't get any polish on my skin, and I left feeling very happy about how my nails looked. The atmosphere inside is quaint, however they don't have the most aesthetically pleasing building. A nice face lift wouldn't hurt, but it's pretty typical compared to many nail places I've been to. Pricing is good, too. Very comparable to other nail salons. Overall, it was a great visit. I'd suggest NT Nails for others, and I'd go again. read more

So I came into town last minute for a funeral and realized I did not bring any nail polish etc, and my dad being a single man in his 60s sure didn't have that stuff at his house. I only brought sandals to wear with my dress so I ran very quickly to the closest nail salon I could find at opening. I explained the situation and let them know I only had about 45 minutes to spare! They got me right in and had a great pedi! He didn't rush or anything either the toes looked fabulous and i was out of there in 35 minutes. The prices are decent too, only $27 for a pedi?! This is a sick joke. I paid 40$ to get my nails gel white "almond" shaped nails. Alllllly nails are different shapes length and some are thicker than others. Owner was fighting with another customer who complained about their mothers nail who's wedding is tomorrow. So I didn't want to cause another scene. I have work at 3 my nails we're finished at 230. I got there at 1, so I wouldn't have had time to get them fixed. Just saying don't go there. Horrible. I have an auditioned with American idol so that's why I got my nails done. I love going to NT Nails but I only have Hung do my nails, he is the owner. He is absolutely fabulous and always does my nails whenever I go in! I just went in for an acrylic gel fill today and he was done in 30 minutes but always does the best job, he doesn't rush he's just very efficient!! Highly recommend! The reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because I have had other experiences with the other technicians that weren't bad but not my favorite, some of them are kind of sloppy and slow but definitely go to Hung if you go! read more

My first time here was 4 stars a year ago but that was probably generous. This time it's 2 stars. My gel manicure is sloppy and not shaped well. The manicurist filed my nails with a coarse file and never went back with a fine one. He also didn't clean under my nails or use a cuticle oil. The polish is uneven at the base and is on my cuticles in some spots. Not worth $25. read more

It was my first time visiting this salon. The male nail tech. did not ask me how the temperature of the water felt (which was not warm enough). The callus remover he used was a sponge like looking thing that I could have easily bought in a store and done myself. The tech was gentle with my big toes after telling him I have painful ingrown nails. The tech did not make any small talk with me at all. The massage chair was weak - barely felt any strength from it and assistance with remote was not offered. read more

Nails were terrible ! I asked for long pointed nails & got every shaped nail except point. Every nail was literally a different shape & length then the next one. On top of that he sploshed the polish ...Then when I brought it up no one wanted to fix them .. Once they tried to fix them the guy had an attitude & was being very rough with me. I had a pedicure at NT Nails this afternoon. They did not greet me when I came in and told me to "sign in and complete that form" (which was a series of questions about COVID-related symptoms, after which they took my temperature). He told me to pick a color and I was seated for my pedicure. The gentleman who did my pedicure was professional but not friendly at all. He made me feel like he was doing me a favor by doing my pedicure. He did an OK job, although his method of trimming cuticles was a little barbaric. They sat me down at some dryers and all 3 workers were toward the back giving pedicures. When I stood up to pay and leave, the man who did my pedicure stood up quickly and rushed me like I was going to try to leave without paying. I won't be returning to NT Nails. read more

I just came from my first pedicure at NT Nails. I went here as I had a gift certificate. This was the worst pedicure I have ever had. My technician said her name was "Jenny". The pedicure cost was $25, which is average. She offered several other packages that included hot wrap, etc for an additional fee. As my main concern was to remove dead skin and minimal calluses on my heels, I opted for the basic pedicure. She immediately seemed irritated that I did not want to spend the additional fee and proceeded abruptly to say the least. After a very, very quick brush with the pumice, barely touching my heels, I inspected my heel to see the dead skin still there. Jenny then told me that if I had one of the other packages that would be taken care of! She spent more time massaging lotion into my calf than touching my feet! Would not recommend this salon. read more

My friend and I went there today for our very first manicure and pedicure. She chose sangria burgundy for both her toes and fingers, and I went for a vibrant cobalt blue for the toes and Jenny, the wife of the owner, did a fantastic job caring for the skin of my dry feet and heels and her design on my big toes are so pretty I just can't stop looking at them! She chose white and silver and made a pretty floral design. I have long nails, so I chose to get a French manicure and that looks good too. They're really nice people and they're all from Vietnam. They claim on her that a manicure and pedicure cost $35.00. Mine cost $65.00 and my friends costs $50.00. We also gave them nice tips. It was pricey, but I think it was worth it. My friend wants to get manicures with me there in the future and I'd like to do pedicures. My dry skin has never been smoother and it looks really really pretty! Try it! read more
