We had a relaxing time at Classy Nails. I took my mom in for a pedicure and decided to get a manicure myself. There was no wait and the staff was very patient with any questions we had. I would give five stars but unfortunately, my manicure didn't hold up. I'm not sure why, I was under the dryers for awhile, and I even had the first used on me. Not sure if it is OLD polish but something is wrong here! they were accommodating and redid my nails a second time.... staff was nice....the same thing happened for a second time so took time out to go back and again show them what was wrong with my nails.... THEY HAD BUBBLES IN EACH NAIL....multiple tiny bubbles! third visit just wanted a refund which they wouldn't do. I requested a regular manicure just so I can get a cuticle cleaning and shaping for my wedding but they turned out horrible. All my nails were not straight or centered & she didn't do much with my cuticle. My son purchased a gift certificate for me for Christmas. I went to use it last Saturday, and they would not accept it. The owner said that the previous owner moved out of town and they cannot accept gift certificates she issued. Even though its the same place, but with new owners. Pretty poor customer relations if you ask me. She said she cannot just give $40.00 away, but my $40.00 gift certificate can be thrown right in the trash!!! I'm not even sure how this place is still in business. There is only one lady that knows what the heck she is doing and I believe she's the owner. The other workers are mediocre and do complete hack job! They do try but honestly what kind of people are you, knowing that you're not providing the best services, but you're still having these employees do things they're not very good at?? Not to mention the over charging of services! I've given them multiple tries thinking maybe I caught them at a bad time or something. No. It's horrible every single time! My fiancé came home today from this place and from a guy that knows nothing about this stuff, this looks like trash haha. She told me that they told her a price and then while checking out the owner said something in a foreign language to the employee cashing her out and she said oh that color was extra and changed the price. Really great family owned business. They are super nice and they really care about making sure your nails look very nice! There is usually a wait, which is why the couple who own the business might bounce around. Some people may think it's because they don't care about you, or think it's strange, but it's really their way of making sure you don't wait long. I would recommend this nail salon to my friends and family. read more

I had a gift certificate here and was able to make a same day appt for a pedicure. They took me right away and were very nice and professional. My only complaint was that they didnt offer paraffin and i dont think they used callus remover (my feet are really bad, lol) and they didnt have metal foot files. Old bad reviews are for the old owners, it changed hands in 2022. This is an amazing place. I've tried many nail salons for my pedicures and they have the best, most friendly, staff and their massages are firm and healing. Feels like going to a spa. My favorite of Morgan Hill and San Jose and Gilroy. I go once/mo for nail cutting and the massage. Get the hot stone treatment! The salon does a professional job for a relatively low cost. My nails always look great after leaving, and they always fit me in even during the busiest seasons. Vanessa is one of the better nail technicians I've been to in NT. I'll definitely keep coming back. read more

I used this salon for my wedding party and they did an incredible job. They planned the timing so that half of us got our toes done while the rest were getting our nails done and then we switched. We never felt rushed, but their system meant that we weren't waiting there forever either. They worked with us recommending colors based on our dresses and everyone was really happy with the final result. It was just a really relaxing and fun group activity before the big day. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a RIP OFF! The store is run down and dirty looking and their menu board was very minimal, stating prices for manicures and pedicures and polish changes. I only went to this "salon" because I had a gift certificate. I took my teenage daughter with me. They advertise $23 pedicure and $20 full set for high school students. She is 14. Regular pedicure price is $25. OK, that's average. So we wait. And wait. Only 2 people working, a husband and wife, daughter had the day off. We soaked for a very long time, which is OK, but the foot bath water got cold. They finally sat down to do our feet and hurried through and did a half ass job to say the least. Didn't even put lotion on our feet!! I opted for the French tip paint as well did my daughter. She then sat down for her full set, also white tip. My bill, by their very vague menu and their advertised student special pricing, should have been $68. The man says "OK you pay now, $92!" I was like "whaaaat!? Why!?" Apparently because I got a thin line of white painted on my toe instead of a full paint job, I had to pay an extra $5!!! What is that?! Less paint and less time to do the painting and I have to pay more!? And the lines are not even straight and even. My daughters $20 full set was not $20, they charged me $32 and full price plus the additional $5 for the white tip toes. I said she is a student, the man says "doesn't apply to white tip!" WHAAT? $92 for a half assed job in a rinky dink dive salon. WE WILL NOT BE BACK and I hope others will go somewhere else as well. Very displeased my self and my grandmother went to get a basic manicure on a Thursday afternoon. The lady doing my nails finished in all of 10 mins, did a terrible job didn't clean my nails, missed multiple spots with the polish, and vey unfriendly. No one else in the salon and both of us rushed out within 20 minutes. The man doing my grandmothers EXTREMELY unfriendly her nails were loaded with nail polish, the man doing them realized he messed up, got up and left and had the other girl finished. Very unprofessional to just leave in the middle of the appointment. Not to add extremely dirty, witnessed workers push nail clipping, dirt etc. on to the floor. While getting our nails done the lady was extremely rude and just sat there on her phone wouldn't associate, or talk to either of us. Lastly very over priced I asked to get one nail a different color and $5 more, sparkles $8 more and matte $11 more than the already set price. Then the lady doing mine proceeded to do matte on mine without asking me until I stopped her and didn't tell me it would cost extra. Very disappointed use to be a great place to get your nails done, now it's just a big money maker and no consideration for the customers!!! :( read more

Aweful. Prices are vague and very misleading. The salon itself is cluttered and dirty, very unsanitary. I asked to have my toes and nails done they proceeded to do my nails while I was sitting getting my toes done as if they were in a hurry yet there was only one other customer in there. They also switched people multiple times for who knows what reason. A women asked me very bluntly and pushy if I wanted gel or design and when I said no she walked away upset and never made eye contact with me again.
