He offered to keep me on the schedule incase an opening came up. He called me the next day and explained he had a cancellation for Sunday if I still wanted a wash and wax. I said I did as long as it wasn't raining. He promised to call me at 9am Sunday and if it wasn't raining he would come and wash and wax my RV. He never called. I tried calling him only to get his answering machine but he never responded to me. I made this trip to Cottonwood AZ specifically to get a wash and wax. Not very professional.

I was happy that Phillip was willing to come up from Camp Verde, and do an autumn detail in October. My vehicle was dirty with pet hair, in addition to dirt and mud. The only reason for four stars is that the seats still had some stains, something that the detailer we use out of Phoenix is always able to remove.
