I scheduled a tow 24 hours ahead of time with Alpha Towing as my AAA Premier would not service my remote location in Sedona. I was at my vehicle at the appointed time and waited.. and waited...and waited. I called 4 times and never received a call back. After 2 hours I contacted a family member to come and get me and called Alpha and told them I was canceling the tow and would find another company. I immediately got a call back from Lynette, the dispatcher I had worked with the day before. She said she had just come on duty. She was very professional and apologized. She contacted the driver, Vincent, and one hour later he arrived. He was friendly and experienced. He did a good job. I was offered a discount for my inconvenience. It turned out to be $20 off $429.50! I cannot say who is to blame here, but someone definitely did not do their job and it cost me 3 hours and a bone-chilling wait in the wind at 45 degrees. My husband and I were traveling with our camping trailer when our truck broke down just south of Camp Verde. I called 2 other tow companies and they didn't answer the phone. There aren't two sides to my story. A neighboring business thought it would be a mean prank to have my car towed from my parking lot because I won't let them park there. When the truck arrived and I explained the situation and offered both proof off my ownership of both the property and vehicle, he refused. I even have a damn map of my property in my office that he refused to allow me to get for him. I placed my self between him and my vehicle and he threatened me, I could do what I want but he back his truck up into my legs. When I called the police department he fled. Apparently this business is authorized to steal a vehicle from my property requiring zero proof that it's a legitimate call? So first I'll warn you here in yelp land. Next an complaint filed with the city. Then with BBB. All the signs in my property clearly state Jaws as my contracted towing company so why would I call them to a car off my lot? I have video. So basically they attempted to steal my vehicle. Requested NO validation of the complaint or property ownership. My Sedona police contact form clearly states the vehicle was parked on MY property. My vehicle got stuck in a ditch south bound on 89A towards Sedona on May 10th around 12:00PM. A state trooper called Alpha Towing out of Sedona (10 minute drive) to pull the car out of the ditch. Upon arrive of the tow truck pictures of the vehicle were taken showing no damage done to the body and rear suspension system. After the vehicle was towed out of the ditch, the driver Zeke Robinson, handed my wife one of the springs to the suspension and told her that it broke while he was pulling it out. The spring belonged to the driver side rear suspension system. After getting the vehicle back to Flagstaff, AZ and taking it to a mechanic, the cost was $970.96 to replace the whole rear suspension from the damaged caused by Alpha Towing. This does not include the cost for the damaged body to be fixed. After calling the company to explain the damage they caused, Alpha Towing denied all claims for their actions stating that the damage was done by the civilians that originally tried to help us when the photos clearly show no damage to the vehicle before Alpha Towing removed it from the ditch. Additionally, I paid $135 for their services which is far more than I have ever paid for tow services with no discounts for their hack job. Do not use their services. You will end up paying for them to break your vehicle like they did with mine. read more

I was driving an empty horse trailer down the hill from Flagstaff when one of the trailer tires blew out. The road has no shoulder in that area so I had to limp to the McGuireville rest stop. I called my roadside service and Alpha Towing responded. The owner of the company put my spare on the trailer and taped up the wiring that had been pulled out during the blow out. My truck was at Navarro's tire shop and they're trying to overcharge me. And my tire was completely off my truck the lug nut still attached to the rim means the rotor is still on the tire along with the brake caliper. And I called every tow company in the Verde valley they all wanted to charge me $100 bill. And I called alpha and they only charged me $60 because that's all I had they were my saving Grace. I only had to take it like maybe 40 feet down the road to a different shop but nonetheless all the other two companies were trying to charge me a $100 to take it that far which wasn't really that far at all alpha tow company was really reasonable very good customer service and the tow truck driver was one hell of a operator. He was able to get my truck off the tow truck while my back wheels were locked because it was a safety feature on my truck with a missing front tire he was able to remove my truck without even touching my truck by operating the handles on his tow truck. Again one hell of a operator.. and the lady over the phone was very courteous and very professional and very sweet. I had an extraordinary experience with alpha towing I would recommend them to anybody that needs to tow over any other tow company. I would have to rate them five stars. read more

So my husband and I been trying to get our car out of impound for about a week now, irs been there since Feb 14th but we barely got enough money to do so. I told her we are outside and ahe immediately started being rude by saying we are suppose to make an appointment. I told her I been trying to call and noone ever answers or calls back. She continued being rude and said she did leave a text message. Which is true but it said to call Monday. I did call but by 2pm when I still didnt get an answer or call back I decided to drive there. Anyways after all that she said she would call back in a couple hours. Meanwhile I write a review on here saying the receptionist is rude and that they dont answer the phone. Around 8pm we get a call back saying unless we take down the bad review they wont discuss any further information with us ( my husband ) and they will file for harassment. To top it off my husband and I have 4 kids and are struggling enough and we have to pay the $35 a day fee that its there when we been trying to get it out for a week thags almost $200 more. read more
