I had a coat with older stains and didn't trust anybody with it but thought I'd give them a try. The boss man was very up front with me and told me there's a 50/50 shot of the stains coming out but he'd try. The stains didn't come out entirely but they didn't ruin the wool cashmere coat. It was close to my work and convenient. I dropped off around noon and picked it up when it opened the following day. They did a pretty good job, it was clean and nicely folded. The laundry was charged by weight, it can add up but the price you pay for convenience. The laundry mat looks clean, lots of machines I don't know how much they charge per use but I would assume way cheaper than drop off service.
