Every single time I get a notice either the night before, or literally the day of the delivery, saying that the order won't be completed. It's to the point now that I schedule all deliveries 1-2 weeks before I actually need them because I know there's no chance they'll arrive on time. It's insanely annoying. Their website is terrible also, they still haven't figured out how to let people use a safari phone browser without getting the text and submission buttons cut off from view.
