When the softener regenerated in the middle of the night and woke us up (our bedroom is right over the part of the basement the system is located in), Ardi was responsive to our texts and assured us that the noise was normal. He came within a few days and helped us reset the time of regeneration to a better time. He even came back a second time to secure a pipe so the sound wouldn't travel as much. The guy who installed RO at my house was not a licensed plumber. He connected the waste water drain after the P-Trap of kitchen sink drain(pic attached), which is illegal, dangerous and against the code. It can cause sever gases to come in contact with RO filters which is very risky. Luckily I noticed and called them. They apologized, and told they will come over to fix, and they will send a licensed plumber who knows what he's doing. A guy showed up after 3 days, and this time again they sent a service guy (again, no licensed plumber) who left P-Trap under my kitchen sink leaking, and I had to call them a third time. Horrible experience end to end. But, buyers, beware, this is not a trustworthy company. Save your money, call your licensed plumber to install RO.

And since the next day was water delivery day for our town, he was able to deliver it the next day. Additionally, I was searching for a new water system, and he had an open box unit; he was able to sell it to me at a reasonable price. He also arranged for the unit to be delivered with the water.
