Nobody will speak with you live on the phone. The machine will direct you to email them for an appointment. After days of waiting for a response I left a voicemail asking for an appointment. I later got an email letting me know I am now on the waiting list. I inquired about how long this waiting list is. I would be #47. This was not mentioned in the groupon. I could drive to a local detailing place and be done in 4 hours. This company won't even make an appointment...I'm on a list and they will eventually let me know. Very impressed- I called Nu Image this morning at 11:ish, and as of 8:00pm, my car looks new. The communication on Nu Image's part was great, letting me know when they were en route, and they truly make it easy on you. At right around $85 ($90 with tip), I found the service affordable, convenient and professional. Would recommend without hesitation! read more

Not satisfied at all with service. They did not wipe down seats, armrests, or interior panels. There was a pretzel left in the back seat, so they could not have used a vaccum down into the seats. The drivers arm rest was still very dirty. Wheels were not touched at all (tires were wiped). They did wash the car, but no wax was applied. When we told them that we were not satisfied, they said there was nothing they could do. DO NOT recommend them at all..basically what we got was floors swept and windows washed, outside dirt washed off. Carpets were not shampooed. read more

Bought a deal through Deal Chicken and tried to schedule an appt. I was told the wait list was 3 months. Scheduled the appt. and they didn't show. Once I reached someone I was told to e-mail company to reschedule b/c the pump had gone out in their truck. I've sent three e-mails and received zero reply. I've also let voicemail messages yet no-one returns my calls. Deal Chicken is also non responsive so I'm out $90. Give someone else your business. read more

I just tried Nu Image and it was great. Marvel, my detailer, showed up neat and clean with all the necessary tools very organized. He was very polite and professional and went right to work. He came to my home but, I was told the service goes ANYWHERE! My car was a little funky after a camping trip to Florida and needed a pro touch of TLC to get it ready for taking my mother to Indy. He shampooed all the carpet and upholstery, did a meticulous job of vacuuming, I can now see clearly out of all my windows, and even the tires look shiny new. If you don't have the time or inclination to really cleaning your car well, call these experts to do a professional job without having to leave you car because they will come to you. read more

I am thoroughly unimpressed with my experience with this company. I made an appointment with them to have two cars detailed, and on the day the cars were to be detailed, I received an abrupt email that the dealer that was to detail the cars was sick and I'd need to postpone. I waited a month and a half to get an appointment, and made special arrangements to have both cars at home only to receive this email the morning of the appointment. Several attempts to contact them via their voice mail have gone unreturned. I'd look elsewhere. read more

The previous reviews were obviously written by friends of the owner! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A BUSINESS!! An appointment was canceled, at the last minute, because it was too cold (???). And I was told they would be in the office to reschedule a service that is already paid for. BUYER BEWARE!!! After purchasing a Living Social deal from Nu Image for mobile detailing, I contacted the company to schedule an appointment. The phone rings to a voicemail where you will never be able to speak to a live person. The voicemail directs you to email the company at their "gmail" address (definitely not a good sign). I followed their instructions and didn't hear from anyone for weeks. I contacted Living Social for a refund only to have them tell me that they contacted Nu Image and they would like to honor the deal. I left a voicemail for Nu Image and they responded via email to tell me, "We are really busy with the increased business due to the Living Social deal. You are on the waiting list and we will contact you as soon as a time slot becomes available." I purchased the deal in September of 2013 and the deal was good for six months. I tried contacting Nu Image and Living Social again before the deal expired in hopes that they would honor the purchase. Again....nothing! STAY AWAY from Nu Image! They are NOT a reputable company and they obviously do a better job of offering "deals" than they do at honoring them! read more

Not worth the aggravation and money. Purchased 3 Groupon specials in June to get our 3 cars detailed. To date, only 1 has been detailed, and the company will not contact me back regarding the other 2 detailing coupons. I have emailed and left messages daily, and to no avail, no response back. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service. Communication is key if their is an issue, but no one within the organization will call me back. read more

I bought a living social deal from this company and had an appointment scheduled for 2 months. Prior to the appointment I called the company, left voicemails, and several emails to determine what time my appointment would be (since they never sent a confirmation email like they said that they would). No response from any of my attemps to contact them. The day of my appointment they emailed me to say their technician broke down and they would contact me to reschedule. That was 3 days ago, and I sent them another email to reschedule and have tried to call, and I haven't heard anything from them. I bought a Groupon for my husband to have his car detailed by Nu Image. He tried to schedule with them. You can't call, so you have to email. The first email said that they would get back him...and they never did. He has emailed them no less than 5 times since buying the Groupon in September with no reply. The Groupon was about to expire at the end of December, so mid-December we were forced to call Groupon and get a refund. Now we are stuck with Groupon credit and no detailing. Very poor business ethics. Very disappointed. read more
