It wasn't cheap, but I am more than satisfied that I got my money's worth. Everything was smooth, from quote to pickup and my car looks stunning! I'll be back annually to refresh my ceramic coating and, if I ever get another new car, I know where to go. https://imgur.com/a/uPeOZlY

Unfortunately, this recent situation did not reflect the level of service I had come to expect. I had a small tint defect that I noticed from day one after installation, but did not address with the business. Over a year later, it appeared to delaminate, which can occur when a contaminant trapped between the glass and adhesive creates a localized adhesion failure that worsens over time through heat cycles, thermal expansion, and adhesive stress. The defect was a circular mark with a visible halo around it, which is more consistent with a localized adhesion issue than a typical surface abrasion. When I brought it in, multiple staff members repeatedly insisted it was "physical damage," including the explanation that a seatbelt could create a perfectly circular mark in the middle of the window. That explanation did not align with the defect I was seeing, especially since seatbelt contact would more typically leave an elongated scuff, arc, or irregular abrasion rather than a clean, centered circle with a halo. It was frustrating to feel like my concern was dismissed rather than properly evaluated. To their credit, they ultimately agreed to redo the tint at no charge. However, during the replacement process I noticed another contaminant before leaving and had to point it out for correction. After the second attempt, there was still a visible dust speck in the upper corner, which I was told was "acceptable" as long as it was not in the main line of sight. I appreciate that they honored the redo, but the overall experience was disappointing. The repeated insistence that the original issue was my fault, the need for multiple attempts, and the remaining defect did not match the quality and attention to detail I had experienced from them over the years. I hope this feedback is taken constructively, because I truly valued this business and would like to see them maintain the standard that originally earned my trust.

Going back probably 15 years, even before I could drive, my brother would always take his cars here to Brandon, who owns this shop. His cars always looked amazing. So since that time, I've taken three vehicles to Brandon to have them tinted. Excellent results every time. Brandon's bedside manner isn't the best but you can't argue with his results. No bubbling and the tint looks incredible, for a fair price, so I kept coming back and would always send people his way. I called recently as I just got a new car. It's always the first thing I do. Brandon informed me the price to tint the entire vehicle is $800. I think back to what he charged me prior and it was always around $350ish. I ask why the increase. He states that he is now only offering the ceramic tint and no longer doing the basic offering. Rewind, every time I brought my cars in, Brandon would give me the two options. The ceramic apparently provides better UV coverage, etc etc. To me, it seemed like he was just up selling me, so I always stuck with the basic tint, and have never been disappointed. Fast forward to now, I ask Brandon why he went away with the basic version. He claims that "that stuff is crap and it fails all the time." He then goes on to list the numerous amount of ultra-luxury and super performance vehicles he has in his lot waiting to be tinted with the ceramic. I then state, "well you actually put that 'crap' on three of my vehicles over the past couple of years. Does that mean it will fail?" I could tell I caught him off guard and he was silent for a couple seconds. He then goes on about his lifetime warranty, so on and so forth. Long story short, Brandon does a great job. Don't expect to be wowed by his customer service, or lack there of. He will talk your ear off and is rough around the edges. I'm sure he made the business decision to completely eliminate the cheaper version and only do ceramic because he does have the Ferrari, Lamborghini reoccurring type business. I totally get it. Why not make more money if you can? For us normal folk that don't drive those types of vehicles, $800 is WAY too much for some film on my windows. Regardless of how well it protects my skin and the car's interior. Sorry Brandon, taking my business elsewhere!

I have literally been to all 3 of his locations, from Affinity to both Colerain locations. Mike the owner has always been friendly, but hard to get a hold of at times, and nothing really happens on time, particularly bodywork. But the prices were good for decent quality work. I got a new truck and wanted to get the windows tinted. I called earlier in the day and made an appointment. I get there, tell Mike why I'm here and he tells me I need to make an appointment. I tell him I have one, and he tells me he is running behind and it'll be atleast an hour wait before he can get to me. I told him that wasn't possible and I made an appointment to prevent this. He was apologetic but had no solution. I wasted 90 minutes driving here and back home. This new location didn't appear to have any waiting area, let alone ample parking. Maybe business is so good that organization and scheduling is slipping through the cracks? Either way, I will no longer return. I've had great service in the past. I WAS a repeat customer, but no more.
