This occurred last week of July or the first three weeks last August. I plan to file a police report as I spoke with them today. Obviously you do not background check employees. Nor Is Servpro a reputable company and should be put out of business. I called Servpro again this morning and again this afternoon and of course couldn't get anyone by phone. $8000 cash and a jewelry case full of jewelry. They also stole my black rod iron fireplace tools and a heavy crystal bowl with a lid on a living room side table and my electric toothbrush. I don't advise anyone to hire Servpro. They hire thieves. They overcharged from what the original job quote was for, (charged $900 for tubes of caulk among other questionable charges) did horrible work and was really disrespectful when asked to correct the horrible work! I do not understand how they have ANY good reviews! Definitely a money grab because of insurance payout! Subcontractor they used was SUBPAR! They do NO work themselves apparently.
