Actually, the person who did the estimate suggested he could recommend someone else to do the job. I got the distinct feeling he didn't want the job because it was small. I tried reaching out several times, never got return calls. It became clear that he did not want our business. I am in the process of trying to find someone else now. It's a small job so maybe that's why he wasn't interested or maybe it was because we were paying him directly and not insurance. But whatever the reason he definitely didn't want our business. Maybe if you have larger damage he is more accommodating, but he certainly didn't want our money. I can't speak to what kind of work this company does because they never did any work for us.

Nor Is Servpro a reputable company and should be put out of business.
