She's the owner and has no help but she works fast. Typically a cut and color would take over 2 hours but I was done after a little over 1 1/2 hours. The consultation was simple, I gave her free reign but just chose the color and length. I was very happy eith the end results. Don't expect a super modern facility. She's been open 7 years and has no staff or help but she put me at ease, gave professional feedback and I trusted her process. FYI she works on appointment only do make sure to call ahead. She was busy even on a Friday early afternoon. Free parking in the front and rear.

The place is filled with jokes, interesting stories and yeah, you'll get the hair treatment you want too. My daughter has been going here for over a year now and loves it. She walks out happy every time and I'm wow'd too. Jas is always rockin it. They take credit cards, cash, gift cards too...and making appointments is easy. I've almost never been disappointed in a Korean salon. This place was a disaster. 1) The guy gave me the most awkward cut and spent exactly 3 minutes blow drying my hair. The ends were uneven and still flipped out. 2) He never said a single word, asked my opinion, or offered a mirror at the end. 3) He kept looking at the TV or the passing cars, clearly not paying any attention at all to my hair. 4) I'm used to people who just use regular scissors, but this guy was so clumsy he had to rely almost exclusively on the feathering shears. Result: He only got a $5 tip. I'm going to a place in Fort Lee to my hair tomorrow, because it's that awful. This place is going to go out of business before you can say BOO.
